Had a fantastic one night stay at the Novotel. The overall facilities are absolutely top-notch, maintaining an elegant and luxurious vibe throughout. A major highlight was the dining, the restaurants serve incredible food with outstanding service. Highly recommend it for a flawless luxury experience. Can’t wait to return! The whole staff was super friendly and supportive.

So far, everything has been okay and met my expectations for a work trip. The room was comfortable and suitable for business travel, and the overall stay was smooth. The only area that could be improved is the food variety, as the options were mostly Indian cuisine. A wider selection of international or local dishes would be appreciated, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

Everything was great overall. The only small improvement would be for the restaurant staff to be a little quicker with the service. Apart from that, the rest of our stay was amazing—spacious, clean, peaceful, and surrounded by beautiful greenery. 😊

The room was neat and clean with good amenities and hospitality. The staff is courteous and welcoming. The hotel location is well located in a market place

Good room & good service only have to clearly remind them to clean the room. Left room key at reception but room was not cleaned, was cleaned later when asked. Overall good experience.

hi , the hotel property is new and beautiful. our room has everything we expected it to have . service is excellent, staff cooperated when we asked for an extra pillow . vibe of the room is very pleasant with proper lights and huge windows with glasses to see the outside view.the bed has a bench in front which is very convenient for sitting without messing the bed . food is also very nice . 👍

Room and washroom was good. But the service is not as good. Tv is not working and we almost called 5-6 times and at the last moment they made the tv at working condition. Free breakfast is also not good.
