Property is clean and well managed with a smooth running of operations. Very comfortable stay and good breakfast. It’s a popular choice of indian and international tourists visiting India. The service was a tad bit slow, but it’s really not an issue. Staff is very friendly, courteous and professional and we enjoyed our stay here. It felt safe and comfortable and we will be visiting again.

The check in counter staff looked very busy in his phone call other staff members were laughing chit chatting around but no one was attending the customer standing for check in at 5 pm. Same story at check out at 10 am . Except counter staff service style other things are ok .

1. The amount paid for the room is not appropriate for the price paid. 2. The cleanliness of the room is not as clean as it should be. The chair covers are very old and torn. 3. The refrigerator is not cold and is very old. 4. The safe cannot be locked because the battery in the safe does not have a battery. 5. When delivering the room to the customer, the staff should check the cleanliness, completeness of the appliances such as the refrigerator, safe, and bedroom to see if they are ready for use. The room is quite old and not worth the price paid at 3,600 baht per night.

Hey guys I recently visited Holiday Inn in New Delhi and stayed there for two days. It was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant, and I really enjoyed my stay. The weather and overall ambiance made the experience even better. I would definitely prefer to stay at this hotel again whenever I visit Delhi in the future.

What a luxurious stay - they recently renovated but kept the design and interior to exude with a strong Indian charm. Rooms are really clean, and the housekeeping team is very meticulous in ensuring that the room is organized and fresh for your stay. Restaurants within the hotel are of great quality as well - one of the best Asian/ Chinese food I’ve had in Delhi.

Great customer service from all the staff. The Executive Club Double room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary bottled drinking water. There are multiple check-in and check-out counters, so the process is usually quick with little to no waiting. The hotel also offers luggage storage before check-in and after check-out, which is very convenient. The location is excellent, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around Delhi. E-hailing ride services are also available at any time. A few minor drawbacks: the hotel can get quite busy, so you may need to wait a few minutes to be seated for breakfast during peak hours. The lifts also have an unusual T-shaped layout. The area near the entrance is quite narrow, so it can feel cramped when someone is already standing by the door. Another minor issue was the air conditioning. The temperature control did not seem to work properly. Although the highest setting was around 20.5°C, the actual room temperature I measured was only 10–14°C. The only solution was to switch the air conditioning off when the room became too cold and turn it back on later after it had warmed up. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did not significantly affect my overall stay. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The excellent service, comfortable room, convenient location, and efficient check-in/check-out process far outweighed the minor inconveniences. I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi, especially those looking for easy access to the metro, the airport, and other parts of the city.

The hotel is certainly clean, and the staff are polite. However, at this price, I was surprised there wasn't even a private bathroom. The fact that Wi-Fi required free member registration was also inconvenient. The buffet was luxurious with a wide variety of dishes, but the variations were all Indian cuisine. There were breads, but no rice, just curries and naan. Since there were croissants and bacon, Western food wasn't an issue. Also, the laundry service is absolutely not recommended. They didn't tell me the price beforehand, and I was charged 4000 yen when it was done. The phone service was also poor. It's a good hotel, but for this price, I feel there should be more services. As it was my first time in India, I don't know the standard, but perhaps this is normal for India?

My flight was in the morning, so I stayed at a hotel near the airport. They were very flexible during my stay. My flight was delayed, and I requested an extended stay, an additional breakfast, and laundry service, all of which they accommodated. Although the extended stay was unexpected, there are souvenir shops and restaurants within walking distance, so I got to experience a different side of India.

Excellent service from the Ms.Ruby madam for processing is check in and check out smoothly and also alerting us for the hotel regulations and supporting us very effective whenever we need details. Pleasant surprise. Clean, well maintained. 10 mins to airport early morning 200 INR uber and about 15 mins from airport around 5pm. Uber easy to get and it was like 300INR but from airport I didn't want to wait i uber lines so I just did XL to get immediate ride which was like 750. (do not do the book ahead on uber where you give them flight number!, drive does not' come and then you still have to get in the long line of people waiting). Make sure you get dropped off in front of Lemon Tree regular NOT Premier, they are same building but different entrances and not that much fun walking from premier with luggage. Hotel even acknowledged my bad luck at long lines in check in with a comp. So much easier to say in Aerocity, on a previous visit I stayed at a hotel in adjacent neighborhood Mahalampuri (sp?) and it was awful. A lot cheaper but awful worn rooms (i was even careful to NOT get a scam hotel that posts fake pics which is most of them, but pics were probably made 5 years ago and now worn and gross) and getting there from the airport at 6pm took 45 ins although on map it was super close. If you can swing the extra cost, def recommend. Also there are some good last minute deals. And you can ALWAYS get a room in the adjacent neighborhood so if last min aerocity doesn't work out you have plenty of options.
