*Poor hospitality - hotel staff lying to guests & downgrading guest’s room type during their stay* This is my second time staying at this hotel, as I find the location and facilities suitable. However, I am extremely disappointed this time due to the poor level of hospitality. I booked my stay from February 11 to 14 initially, and then added one more night on February 10. We arrived at the hotel at 23:45 on February 10. When we checked in, we informed the staff that we had two bookings. At first, the staff asked us to check out and check in again on February 11. This was very strange and inconvenient for us. After some discussion, the staff said we did not need to check out and check in again on February 11. The room type was also upgraded to a suite, and the staff assured us that this upgrade would be valid for the entire stay until February 14. On February 11, around 16:00, we received a call from the hotel informing us of issues on the entire 11th floor and requesting us to move to another room. This was very disturbing, as we had just checked in late the previous evening. Unpacking and repacking our bags exhausted us. The staff assured us that the new room would be of the same type as our current one. However, when we moved and reached the new room, it was a standard room. We are disappointed that the staff has been dishonest. How can a hotel downgrade a guest’s room during their stay? This is absolutely unacceptable. When we called the staff, they claimed that we had to leave the suite because it was full. The reason given earlier (issues on the 11th floor) was a lie. Moreover, we did not receive a room of the same type as our original one. This has been a completely horrible experience for us. When we returned at night, we saw that some guests were going to the 11th floor, which indicates there are no issues there. This clearly shows that the staff's explanation was false. I hope there will be an explanation. Is this discrimination because I am not a local Indian? I also believe that better training for your staff is needed. This kind of hospitality only damages the hotel’s reputation. I am also providing the upgraded and downgraded room type as a proof of this comment.

Exceptional Service: The staff are consistently attentive, friendly, and helpful. From check-in to check-out, they went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Concierge services were particularly useful in navigating transportation and local attractions. Comfortable and Well-Appointed Rooms: The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep after a long journey. Thoughtful touches like high-quality toiletries and a well-stocked minibar added to the luxurious feel. Excellent Amenities: The hotel boasts a range of amenities, including a well-equipped gym, a refreshing pool, and a relaxing spa. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious and diverse menu, with options for both quick bites and more formal dining. Potential Drawbacks: Price Point: As a luxury hotel, Hotel Luxe Manor comes with a higher price tag. However, the quality and convenience arguably justify the cost, especially for those prioritizing comfort and convenience. Noise (Potentially): While well-insulated, some guests might be sensitive to occasional airport noise. Requesting a room on a higher floor or facing away from the airport can help mitigate this. Limited ”Local” Experience: Being so close to the airport, you might not get a strong sense of the local culture. However, the hotel's concierge can assist in arranging day trips and excursions. Overall: Hotel Luxe Manor is a fantastic choice for travelers seeking a luxurious and convenient airport hotel. The combination of its prime location, elegant ambiance, exceptional service, and comfortable accommodations makes it a standout option. While the price point may be higher than other airport hotels, the added value and stress-free experience are well worth the investment. The hotel is a decent property located at a prime location in New Delhi. The rooms are a tad bit small and look a little dated. The house keeping team does a fantastic job of cleaning up each day and it feels good to be back to a well made bed and clean room after a long work day. The key cards seem to be a recurring issue with them needing repeated activation. Breakfast spread is decent and not much to brag about. In room dining is pretty expensive and is quite a deterrent. But the location helps to overlook a lot of the minor inconveniences.

One of the few hotels abroad where you can smoke, and it's only a 15-minute drive from the airport. The environment is great, and there's a wide variety of restaurants, but they don't offer airport pick-up, so you'll need to take a taxi.

From the moment my taxi dropped me at the door of Novotel Aerocity, I was treated like the Queen. Staff were polite, warm and friendly and the security process (appreciated) was quick professional and seamless. I was hours too early for check-in.... arriving at 8am, but a wonderful customer relations attendant had me in the poolside roo on the 5th floor that I had requested in my booking, several hours before actual check in time. The room was spotless and the bed very comfy. I had an excellent view looking down at the pool The buffet breakfast was huge, with a vast array of choices. I was in my element choosing lots of different healthy high protein choices and the cappuccino from Lavazza machine was surprisingly good. I swam in the pool each day of my stay, and the whole area, including the plants was tended immaculately by staff that clearly enjoyed their job. I dined in the restaurant in the evening and the food was superb. Special thanks to my lovely attentive waiter Deepak. All the cleaning staff I passed in the hotel as I went to my room etc were friendly, wishing me a namaste. The surrounding area to Novotel has several other well known chain hotels set out in a lovely quiet Frangipani lined leafy area with shopping mall and foodcourt just 5 minutes walking away. My taxi took about 6 minutes to T 3 each way and cost about 400rupees each way. On my last morning I was up ready to leave at 5am, and downstairs in the bar I found complimentary packs of pastries available, and could even have a cappuccino made for me. Thank you Novotel. Room Very clean! Bed and pillows are comfortable. I chose one that’s far away from the lift, and on high floor with a city view. It was very quiet, and nice natural light! Shower and toilet were very clean. Strong powerful shower with very hot water available. Amenities Impressive that there’s a cafe that’s opened 24/7 downstairs that serves coffee, pastries and cakes. Gave a very good option in the middle of the night, and early morning should you need to grab something fast for an early morning flight. The coffee was good. Lovely swimming pool, meant to try it out. Location Excellent location only about 7 mins walk from the main shopping complex and restaurants. Very decent restaurants available there and the food court provides wide variety. I tried out a restaurant this time and it was lovely. Service House keeping - was very good. Early evening the team knocked on my door, very pleasant, and asked if I had any needs. Very thoughtful, and they tried best to make me comfortable. I had an enquiry about the smart tv functions. The gentleman came promptly, and was very helpful. Airport pick up Raju was very prompt, polite and friendly. Thank you! Especially appreciated that the pick up arrangement just had a sign of the hotel, vs having your name displayed on a big sign, which isn’t the case with many other hotels. Very thoughtful. (Others: Don’t really need two tables in the room. If it can be replaced with a couch/ sofa would even be better.) Overall: very comfortable stay, friendly staff, and will come again. Thank you!

This hotel location is 100% ideal but more than that is the service & hospitality. Sauraub front desk manager is incredibly accommodating & always ready to find prompt solution to any issues. As I was not happy with the room that was given even though I booked & paid for a nicer one, he immediately understood my valid concern & found a solution on the spot. Restaurant staff & food (many choices in buffet) are outstanding & my compliments to the chefs & management of the restaurant. Always a smile & always ready to assist. Great training & congratulations for a job well done!

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Saket – New Delhi was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, professionalism, and convenience. Located in the heart of South Delhi, it is extremely close to Select Citywalk Mall and major business and leisure hubs, making it ideal for both business travelers and tourists. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfortable beds and modern amenities. Housekeeping standards were excellent, and the overall ambience of the hotel felt calm and welcoming. The staff deserves special appreciation — courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a warm smile. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and efficient. The food quality was impressive, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a good variety of Indian and continental options. The restaurant ambience was pleasant, and service was prompt. Overall, Hilton Saket lives up to the Hilton brand promise of quality and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Delhi and would definitely choose to stay here again.

Pleasant surprise. Clean, well maintained. 10 mins to airport early morning 200 INR uber and about 15 mins from airport around 5pm. Uber easy to get and it was like 300INR but from airport I didn't want to wait i uber lines so I just did XL to get immediate ride which was like 750. (do not do the book ahead on uber where you give them flight number!, drive does not' come and then you still have to get in the long line of people waiting). Make sure you get dropped off in front of Lemon Tree regular NOT Premier, they are same building but different entrances and not that much fun walking from premier with luggage. Hotel even acknowledged my bad luck at long lines in check in with a comp. So much easier to say in Aerocity, on a previous visit I stayed at a hotel in adjacent neighborhood Mahalampuri (sp?) and it was awful. A lot cheaper but awful worn rooms (i was even careful to NOT get a scam hotel that posts fake pics which is most of them, but pics were probably made 5 years ago and now worn and gross) and getting there from the airport at 6pm took 45 ins although on map it was super close. If you can swing the extra cost, def recommend. Also there are some good last minute deals. And you can ALWAYS get a room in the adjacent neighborhood so if last min aerocity doesn't work out you have plenty of options.

I had a wonderful stay at the Pullman New Delhi Aerocity. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it perfect for transit travelers and business trips. The rooms were modern, spacious, and very well maintained, with comfortable beds and great amenities. The staff provided excellent hospitality throughout my stay and were always professional and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of delicious food, and the dining experience overall was impressive. I also enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and the hotel facilities, especially the gym and pool area. Overall, Pullman Aerocity offers a luxurious and comfortable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting New Delhi.
