We wanted a hotel next to the train station to go to Pompeii and the airport easily, and this hotel's location is very convenient. But as in most European cities, the area is not super safe at night because it's next to a train station. The hotel was alright, good relation quality/price. Breakfast could be much better, it wasn't great

The hotel environment is very good, you can park your car, give the key to the front desk, and they will drive you to the hotel entrance in the morning. The breakfast is also good, with fresh fruits. I also encountered the problem of others, they would not ask for coffee proactively, and the waiters would proactively tell Europeans if they had other coffee needs (the restaurant only had black coffee), they would provide it, but they would not tell the Asians, and as a result, the next table asked about coffee, and the waiter said there was black coffee in front, and did not say that they could provide other types of coffee, but I saw that they took the initiative to bring cappuccino coffee to the Europeans.

This hotel values their customer period. My room was not the best when we checked in. Went to the front desk explained the condition of the room. Not only did they apologize for the inconvenience, but they provided a much better room and allowed. They made us feel welcomed and valued. I would definitely stay there again if I had to go back to Naples. A big thank you to the staff as well. Very friendly and accommodating.

The bar to have drinks in the evening is filthy, dirty table linens that are not linens, had marks that has been used and spilt drinks or food. The chairs and table feels and looks dirty, we took our drinks in our room instead. The breakfast has no cooked food just hard boiled eggs, bread are hard, people have to queue to wait to be served by 1 waiter, you cannot take from the table, waiter has to serve even coffee. It’s scary around the hotel, police are always there, dodgy shops around. Stay nearby or at hotels around Ovo Castle. It’s too dirty aroung Gibraldi station where this hotel is located.

This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. The Western buffet breakfast is OK. There are many tourists. Parking is convenient at 6 euros a day. There are swimming pools and beaches. I traveled to Napoli alone. My car broke down on the way. It was already past 11 o'clock when I arrived. Although I chose a 12-person room, it didn't seem to be full because it was New Year's Day. I stayed there for 3 days in total. At most, there seemed to be only 6 people living there. The washroom and toilet were all outside the dormitory, which felt a little quieter. The bed was very soft and quite comfortable to sleep in. Anyway, I slept until noon every day to go around. The whole city is very unique. I stayed there for 3 nights. I spent one day strolling around the city and another day walking around Pompeii. One night was New Year's Day, and everyone went up to the rooftop to watch the fireworks. The view on the rooftop was really good. It was also part of the youth hostel. There were tables and chairs on it where you could bask in the sun. It was a wonderful New Year's Eve. The kitchen was fully equipped with kitchenware and dishwasher, and there were free tea bags, snacks, etc. You could take them for free. You can make some pasta yourself. There is a supermarket within a minute's walk, and you can buy cheap snacks and water immediately. The hostel is not far from attractions such as the National Archaeological Museum, the Spanish Quarter, and the New Castle.

Standing on the balcony of the room, the sea and the sky are the same. The restaurant on the top floor has a wide view and a variety of desserts. I didn't want to see the seagulls on the window sill. I was quite cooperative with me to take pictures. I added a little fun. I drank an extra cup of coffee. I especially liked the guy in charge of the restaurant that day. The service was patient and thoughtful!

Good hotel, no cons! Everything is fine, convenient Friends arrived at 2 am, they let us in, they even called a cheap taxi, the staff was super

There are works everywhere in the entrance hall what is to say dust. No isolation waiting for everything that happens in the corridor too disturbing in the morning what does not mean Grace in the morning.

This was our second stay in Amalfi and at the same hotel as we loved it so much the first time in 2019. Everything is amazing, the host staff, room,,cleanliness and presentation. Breakfast was delicious. Totally recommend!!

As always, clean, elegant and comfortable structure. Excellent breakfast and also suitable for those with allergy or intolerance problems. Impeccable professionalism and customer care! Really recommended!

Amazing accommodation. Beautiful friendly staff. Great food in restaurant & great breakfast. Rooms big clean & comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. The sea view rooms with balcony are spectacular and extra special at night. Bus stop right outside which takes you all the way down to town centre & then 5 min walk to beach & you take bus back up from same spot dropped you off all for $1.60 euros each way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND & DEFINITELY GOING BACK!!

The location is so good, and the facilities are so clean and nice that I think it's the best hotel in the area~^^ The staff was kind and responsive, and they told me they liked Korea, so I felt even closer~ If you walk a little bit in front of the hotel, there's a beach, so it was nice to take a walk while looking at the night view~^^

Hi I was given a room overlooking the commercial port of Salerno despite the room having a partial view of the sea, so a disappointment then the beach service needs to improve a lot they also let people in who are not staying at the hotel so there is more for not to mention the beach staff who do a ****** all day to sell the sunbeds they don't even give time for the customer to get up from the sunbed and sell it to another who arrives. The bar service a cashier and the line in the sun waiting without taking care of the customer I will never go back to this structure

The hotel is at a good location, just a few minutes' walk from the business district of Amalfi. Both the environment and scenery are beautiful. The sea view room with a balcony is facing the town's marina. After all, it is a hotel on the cliff, so the room is a bit small. Other aspects are all good.

The view is very good, on the cliff, there is a private beach, the pool tennis court is very beautiful. There are many plants in the garden, the service, the restaurant are perfect. There is a shuttle bus to the central area, about five minutes drive, very convenient. The central area is very noisy, the air is very poor, it is recommended to live here more comfortable.

We come to play in the off-season. There are not many hotels to choose from. When driving and navigating, we can only find directions. There is a one-way line in front of the door. We cannot park. The hotel stops at the designated parking lot. Hotel rooms are ok, ocean view rooms with small terraces, breakfasts are not many but they are good. It is still not recommended to live in Positano during the off-season. It is too depressed at night and there are few restaurants open. There is no one on the sea breeze on the street. Walking to the restaurant recommended by the hotel on the beach requires self-stories. It should be better to live in Almafi, and the surrounding Positano Ravello Suriento has enough time for the day to play

We absolutely loved this hotel and wished we stayed longer. After Hotel Margherita, we carried on to Positano, where we stayed for one night, but we wish we stayed in Praiano longer as it was in our opinion better than Positano. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, clean and had beautiful rooms. The breakfast was amazing and staff of both restaurant and front desk were the nicest we ever experienced. Thank you all for such a great time!
