The hotel is located in the city center, inside the Galleria Umberto I. You can see the crowds downstairs when you stand in front of the window. The glass is very soundproof. The only certainty is that the room is not large. The service staff is very professional and enthusiastic. The breakfast is good and it is very convenient to travel. convenient.

A fine, comfortable hotel that leaves nothing to be desired. Superior location, large room, excellent breakfast, attentive service from Anna and Daniel at the front desk and especially, Pia and Martina in the breakfast room. Not inexpensive but overall, fairly priced.

The hotel has a very welcoming staff that is easy to communicate with. It is very clean and the room was impeccable. We absolutely loved our breakfast every morning and the service was excellent. The location was in the center of all access to other points of Naples. They cleaned our room spotless everyday. We loved staying at Hotel Matilde! Would definitely be back!

We liked everything. The reception was friendly and efficient. The room was roomy and comfortable, and although the area tends to be noisy our room was silent. At breakfast the next morning the staff was friendly and outgoing and suggested things in area that we would have never thought of. (Limonata a pitoffo- who knew?!) We will definitely return.

I spent two nights in Naples. This was a very nice hotel, close to the famous opera house, Teatro di San Carlo. I had a comfortable spacious room with a great power shower. The Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Toller Blick von oben aus dem 1. Stock in die helle Galleria Umberto I hinunter. Grosses Zimmer mit hoher Decke, modernes Duschbad, modern und geschmackvoll. Sehr kompetentes und freundliches Personal an Rezeption und fürs Frühstücksbuffet.

El personal del hotel es amable, eficaz e inteligente. Y muy alegre. El desayuno es muy bueno, el salmón ahumado y el brioche, espectaculares.
El ascensor que funciona con monedas de 10 céntimos es lo único malo. Nadie tiene monedas y menos de 10 cts. Hemos tenido que bajar las maletas a cuestas por las escaleras esta mañana al salir del hotel (al llegar, nos pagó el portero los 10 cts para subir).
Pero es un pequeño detalle que se podría mejorar fácilmente. El resto, todo genial. Hemos estado muy felices y muy bien atendidos. Volveremos. GRACIAS!!
