"RUN AWAY, RUN AWAY... After a brief stay in Naples at the B&B "Quattro stagioni," I feel compelled to express my disappointment and displeasure at the treatment I received from the ClaPa Group hotel, which is rife with fraud against both foreign and Italian tourists. This disappointment stems not only from the terrible treatment I received during my stay (used furniture, lack of cleanliness, zero courtesy from the staff, cash withdrawals without a valid receipt, and the staff's indifference to meeting guests' needs), but also from the bad reputation this gives a Neapolitan establishment, when the Neapolitan people boast of unquestionable hospitality, kindness, and courtesy wherever they stay, as well as selfless generosity in all its various forms. My review is intended to serve as a warning to future tourists, so that they are not defrauded by this establishment, with the hope that these illegal activities can be stopped. This situation, however, will not be forgotten; in fact, I will try to recover what I am entitled to. In short, I would recommend it to your worst enemy if you're looking for a hotel in central Naples, if you want to be ironic!"

"The hotel enjoys an excellent location, overlooking Piazza Garibaldi and just steps from the Central Station and the historic center. It's perfect for exploring the city and getting around by public transport. Excellent reception service. The receptionist is extremely courteous and helpful. She's also very helpful with advice on city views. Good breakfast, with excellent sfogliatelle mini pastries. The only downside: our room was missing a sliding door on the shower, making it impractical to use. Aside from that, the hotel is definitely good value for money."

"I believe this is something that Trip.com and other search engines should review with their partners. It seems to me that they put the worst room in that category for those who come with an "economy" reservation. And it wasn't that economical at all; when we arrived, we saw another guest at the counter getting a better price, even considering the city tax. We didn't see it beforehand, otherwise we would have asked to change, but the room was the worst of all the ones we saw with the doors open during our stay: old flooring, an old bathroom with a hand shower that didn't attach to the wall, a TV that was a 24" monitor, and an old mattress that had sagged from excessive use. And the noise, even though we had requested the quietest room possible, was from an old telephone that sounded like a telephone switchboard and a doorbell all night long. In short, it seems frustrating to organize and plan to book a month in advance and get a worse price and a worse room than someone who arrives on the day and at the counter. Trip.com urgently needs to review this type of quality guarantee, which is necessary to make an advance reservation worthwhile."

"It is a five-minute walk from Naples Train Station. The room is small but exquisite, clean and sanitary. The only drawback is that the surrounding environment is not very good, and there are many black people wandering around. The front desk service is also good, and they helped us call a taxi. The management habits of the old-fashioned hotel are still retained here, and the key must be handed over to the front desk when leaving the room."

However, for those who are inconvenient to go out at night and want to dine in the hotel, the restaurant has slightly fewer choices."

"Palazzo Caracciolo is a great place to stay right in the heart of Naples, perfectly located close to amenities and many traditional spots. We know Naples quite well and have stayed in many different accommodations over the years, and this is definitely one of the best we’ve experienced. What truly makes the difference is the staff. From reception to the kitchen, everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The room was fine overall, but there are a few areas that could use improvement. The hairdryer and the TV felt quite outdated, the mattress seemed a bit worn, and the pillows were much too soft for our taste. Despite these minor issues, the excellent location and the outstanding staff really improve the stay and make Palazzo Caracciolo a place we wil happily return to."
