"The hotel is located next to Naples' train station, very close to the ZTL (Zone of the District of Columbia), but not within the ZTL zone. It's a 100-meter walk away, and convenient for taking the metro and train. The accommodation is new and well-equipped. The shower has a strong water pressure and comfortable temperature. The only drawback is that the air conditioning units are quite noisy when running, which might be inconvenient for those sensitive to noise at night. There are grocery stores and restaurants downstairs, making it a very convenient location. The Pacheggio Di Napoli Centrale parking garage is much larger than those in other European cities, offering ample space and easy access. The driveways are wide, preventing scratches. However, considering Naples's income level, parking fees are higher than in major cities like Milan, likely due to the tight parking supply. The parking fee for 38 hours (from 8 PM on the 4th to around 10 AM on the 6th) was €64.50, not the €15 per day incorrectly listed on Ctrip. Furthermore, the €25 cap should be calculated from 1 AM onwards at €3 per hour, not on a daily basis. Breakfast is served in the bar on the first floor. Compared to other places, the breakfast is quite simple, consisting of a piece of bread and coffee. The female server at the coffee bar is not enthusiastic. She had a cold expression on both days I went there. Two people were given one plate, and she got upset and gave me a hard time if I asked for an extra plate."

The facility is clean, but the way leading up to the hotel is scary."

"This hotel is quite new for Italy, with a 24-hour front desk where we received a very warm welcome. It also has two fairly large elevators, making it easy to go up and down. The room and amenities were decent and quite spacious; the only downside was the very noticeable sound of the toilet flushing from the room above. The hotel's location on the coastal road is already one of the safer and nicer areas in Naples. It's about a 15-minute walk to the pier, which is quite convenient. There are also supermarkets nearby, making shopping easy."

"The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. They just had to point out that the amenities weren't in the room. The amenities on the floor were also fine, clean and tidy. I was only at the hotel for 12 hours. I left at night, and the receptionist kindly ordered a taxi for me, warning me that the communal rate to the airport in Naples was 21 euros. But I had a dishonest taxi driver. When we got to the airport and I handed him 21 euros, he started yelling and stomping his feet, saying it cost 27. It was a very unpleasant scene. I gave him some money to get him to leave me alone. But to the receptionist's credit, he warned me! So, be careful."

"While the room was nice, it wasn't clean. There was trash under the bed, like papers and a container of who-knows-what. The milk was rancid, but that wasn't the worst part. I arrived, left my things, showered, and went out to explore. When I got back, I found that someone had broken into the room to remove a bed. How could they just walk in there? At any hour without warning? A total lack of respect. The surroundings were very dirty and dark. I wouldn't return."

"Serious discrepancy between photos and description! "A complete disaster! This hotel looked exquisite and modern in the photos on Ctrip, but the reality was completely different—it was practically a guesthouse from a 20th-century China. Actual vs. Promotional Photos: • Photos: Bright, clean, and tastefully decorated • Reality: Dark, dilapidated, outdated facilities, and appalling hygiene. At around 5000 RMB per night, I expected a quality stay, but instead, I was disappointed by a place that couldn't even provide basic cleaning. Every detail in the room revealed a lack of attention to detail, and the overall environment was filthy and chaotic. Most unacceptable is this: This practice of misleading consumers with heavily edited photos is essentially fraud. If I had known the truth beforehand, I would never have chosen to stay here, let alone paid such an exorbitant price. The uploaded photos show only the hotel entrance; the hotel itself is just an old, run-down building. I have already checked out and taken photos as evidence. I hope the platform will verify the authenticity of the photos and warn other travelers to be wary of such 'photo-shopped' listings. Naples has countless beautiful sights; don't let this kind of accommodation ruin your trip.""

"I booked this hotel because the room has a very good view. I was really touched when I arrived... But if you want to visit the city of Napoli, it is still a little far from the city. Because we took 4 trains from Napoli Central Station to here, and caught up with the strike on Sunday or the cable car was closed, we climbed a long mountain road to arrive. The hotel's breakfast is 8 euros per person, and you can choose it yourself... Because we are going to Pompeii the next day, the station here Mergellina has a direct train to Pompeii, which is very convenient without transfer. The hotel also has a very good restaurant. In short, the scenery of the hotel is really nothing to say, the room is not big, but it is enough. When checking out, I took a taxi from the taxi point at the entrance of the hotel to mergellina station. The driver asked us for 10 euros. I don’t know if it’s expensive or normal. "We're currently staying at this hotel and are very happy. The standard double room is lovely, clean, modern and the shower is wonderful. Breakfast is good and replenished quickly. The evening meal is also lovely. The staff are very friendly and cannot do enough for you. We are upgrading to a superior room with jacuzzi purely for a couple of days of complete relaxation before we go home. We knew the pool would be empty before we came - it clearly mentions it on their website. I would come back again, but later in the season, just so I can use the pool as it looks good."
