"Hostel is located 5 minutes from Napoli Centrale by foot making it a convenient location to stay. The surrounding neighbourhood is unpleasant but you do not need to walk past it if you are headed for the metro or Centrale. The room is clean and has two showers and two sinks, therefore there is no queue for the toilet at all. You also get your own towel which is great. The bed is comfortable with your own curtain, locker, and charging port. What is missing is a small ledge to put small items such as wallets or spectacles."

"An expectedly wonderful stay! It was only like 3 minute walk from the central station. I feel quite safe as there were quite often policeman patrolling. There is a supermarket very nearby which you can get all the necessities. The hotel was clean, cozy and spacious. The staffs are very friendly and efficient. And even the breakfast included was superb and tasty. The most important is the price is very reasonable. I would recommend to everyone who will travel to Naples, especially first timer travelers or family travelers who look for somewhere convenient, safe and comfortable."

"Check-in process was a little complicated as I had to check in after 1 pm, when there is no staff present on site. Check-in is done through WhatsApp, where communication was complex and took a while. Location is good, but it is along the side of a busy road, so it gets very noisy, even in the middle of the night. Soundproofing is also poor, so you can clearly hear guests in neighbouring rooms. If you are bringing bulky luggage, be warned, as the path from the train station is very rocky and not paved, so it will be a challenge getting there. The rooms are located up a flight of stairs as well. It is not far from the city centre/touristy areas though, took me 45min walk max, but it will be extremely unpleasant if you walk with luggage. As many other reviewers noted, don't let the name fool you; there is absolutely no breakfast. Other than the lack of soundproofing and inconvenient to walk to the location, the place was fantastic, and I had a comfortable stay!"

"One of the best hotels in the world, with breakfast included, TVs, washing machines, arcades and other entertainment facilities mentioned in the evaluations in the public spaces, the staff is as friendly and friendly as friends, reminding me of the atmosphere of old friends, I think it’s worth coming here. "Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes."

"My family and I had a great time at this property. We stayed for a concert, and it's right across the street from the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium. Very quiet, we slept well, and the breakfast was quite varied. I highly recommend it."

Luckily I read from other reviews on Trip that you can do online check-in via WhatsApp, otherwise we probably would've had to wait outside the hotel for quite a while. There were some issues with the first room, but the manager agreed to change it for us. Overall, it was okay"
