IImane95Good hotel with a quite nice location compared to other places in Napoli, the room is spacious and clean, I particularly like the prices of the Minibar where they don't charge you triple the price but very reasonable prices, breakfast is included in the stay which was amazing for us, variety of pastries and fruits and they offer the famous things to eat in Napoli for free.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Bear in my mind that you have to pay an additional amount for tourist taxes.

The hotel has a long history and is said to be a place where celebrities once gathered
Breakfast is quite rich, the restaurant on the sixth floor can see Mount Vesuvius, very beautiful
The room is also very big, but because it is close to the street, there is a lost sound, but it is okay.
If you come to travel or recommend everyone to live in the egg castle, there is still a half-hour walk from the city center, and you have to take a taxi when you go out, which is a bit inconvenient.

GGuest UserThe room is big enough to ride a bike. The outside is quite desolate. There are many warehouses and building materials markets run by Chinese people. Seeing the national flag makes me feel at ease.

GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

GGuest UserSince I chose a hotel near the airport, I didn't set high expectations. The view from the rooftop was quite nice, offering a partial panoramic view of Naples. I was a bit tired of looking for food out that night, so I decided to eat at the hotel. The steak I ordered was like rubber bands, so I returned it. The food was absolutely terrible, and I was hungry all night. This hotel is in such a remote location, and the €11 citytl tax is a rip-off. I'm disgusted by all the high fees in Naples.

CChris HeveyI highly recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English. I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it.

GGuest UserNice hotel near Napoli Centrale. Lots of tours go out from this hotel, so super convenient. Lots of cafe, restaurants and shopping near by. Metro station is also close by to visit Toleda or Dante. Overall great place.

location is close to Naples train station, just 7 mins walking distance.
Please be reminded to choose main road going to hotel at night, seems not safe to walk in small streets.
