Everything was wonderful. The location is great, you can walk to all the attractions. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They even gave me a better room, than I've booked. I had a fantastic experience

I woke up early in the morning and saw the Mediterranean Sea from the balcony. It was really beautiful. I arrived at the hotel at 9 o'clock and upgraded the sea view. It was quiet and far-reaching. The breakfast hall was in the style of old European money. 4🌟 A bit low rating

Naples is the only city with high-rises on my trip to Italy. This Renaissance location is not bad. The subway is very close. It is also close to Newcastle, the town hall, and the port. There are several steps at the entrance of the hotel, there is no barrier-free access, and heavy boxes are more painful. Of course, if there is staff, they will help, but not always ... The breakfast environment of the hotel is good, overlooking Mount Vesuvius and the Mediterranean Sea. The variety is not particularly large but it is enough. There is an automatic muffin making, which looks very fun. The facilities of this hotel are slightly old and the bathroom has cracks, which is not comparable to that of a Mercure in Palermo. And the hotel does not provide bottled water, of course, there is a supermarket diagonally opposite, and shopping is very convenient.

This hotel is truly amazing! It features a very modern design while being nestled within an older building. The room was stylish, comfortable, and chic. Its location is perfect, situated in the heart of everything—restaurants, shopping, and historical sites are all nearby. What really stood out to me were the people and the exceptional service. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable. I will definitely be returning!

酒店本身歷史悠久，內部硬件翻新過，很現代，但標準房部分沒有窗户（我們入住被分配了302房），酒店官網衹展示有窗的圖，並不是攜程的鍋。攜程客服與前台確認無窗，五分鐘內賠付了我們20%的房費。頂樓早餐view很好，但食物質量不好，蒼蠅特別多。意大利服務人員對我們不冷不熱，一種保持距離的禮貌。 Historical place with renovated modern interior. The standard king room doesn’t necessarily come with a window, which is not mentioned at all on hotel website. We enjoyed the rooftop view for breakfast but food itself is below standard. Service is ok.

Could have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay! Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0. NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level  -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures. The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0. From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too. There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too. I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!

Since I chose a hotel near the airport, I didn't set high expectations. The view from the rooftop was quite nice, offering a partial panoramic view of Naples. I was a bit tired of looking for food out that night, so I decided to eat at the hotel. The steak I ordered was like rubber bands, so I returned it. The food was absolutely terrible, and I was hungry all night. This hotel is in such a remote location, and the €11 citytl tax is a rip-off. I'm disgusted by all the high fees in Naples.

This hotel has become my preferred choice for business travel. It offers a great location, excellent value for money, and a consistently pleasant experience. I am highly satisfied with my stay, and the reception team deserves praise for their warm and professional service.

Everything about the hotel was wonderful. Check-in was super fast. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast terrace was wonderful. Breakfast was also excellent. It's very close to Naples Centrale station, about a 7-minute walk with a suitcase. It's very convenient for exploring Naples from here. The hills of Naples are wonderful, both for the people and the sights. The area around the station is home to some rather unsavory characters; there are many of them, and it's best not to walk around that area in the dark. But the hotel doesn't hide its location near the station. The prices at the bar are very reasonable. I've also walked around the station area alone, even after dark, and everything was fine. There's a heavy police presence in the area, patrolling the streets.

I highly recommend this hotel. It is in an excellent central location near the cruise terminal and castle nuovo, so it is close to historic sites and shopping. The staff are very friendly and efficient and all speak English. I loved the roof terrace at the restaurant, which had a lovely view. I think the hotel must be dog-friendly, as I saw somebody heading toward the restaurant with a dog as I was leaving it.
