"I think the location is super good; it's very convenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage, as it's less than a 5-minute walk from the station. It's very quiet, and there's a public study area with outlets and a great view! There are common areas on the first floor and every other floor, all suitable for studying! The first floor also has many interesting books, which is fantastic đ. However, they don't offer pasta or coffee, and the wet and dry areas aren't well-separated, so water tends to get everywhere. Also, the outlets by the bed don't have a small shelf to put things on, which is a bit inconvenient, and there are no hooks or hangers. The bed curtain is nice, but... it doesn't cover the head of the bed because there's an open-cut panel. The water pressure is excellent, and the temperature is good, plus toiletries and towels are provided! But sometimes the toiletries are hard to dispense."

"The staff were constantly cleaning the rooms and it was spotless! I loved the service here. They provide towels as well. The commute from airport is easy 20 mins walk. Each room had 6 beds. And they split it to men and women which was nice. Lovely amenities. Including hair dryer, washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Highly recommended."

"My stay was absolutely fantastic! With the beautiful balcony overview the city area.
The location was perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the Central train station and everything I needed was nearby.
Check-in was a breeze, and the staff was incredibly helpful, guiding me over the phone on how to open the front gate and access my room. Although the key took a little effort to turn in the lock, it was no trouble at all. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I can't wait to come back!"

"This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. "We liked it very much. Hotel is modern. This is a 4-room apartment (in each shower/toilet), there is a common kitchen with a refrigerator. In the fan room, hot water is good. 2 minutes from the station, super convenient! For breakfast there is a coupon in the ste cafe next to. When you are inhabited, look for the entrance and right call with names, here on one of the boards will be the name of the hotel. Then come to the porter in the entrance, he will call the host who will come in 10 minutes."

RRip RipWe booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house.
There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price.
We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa.
Brightly lit room with big âcan openâ sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view)
Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house)
Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed.
Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay.
Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread.
The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more..
Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you donât always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us.
If you donât mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home.

GGayatri GallowayBang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street.
We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldnât stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation:
No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design.
Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress
Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp.
I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesnât answer texts or phone calls and doesnât leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

GGuest UserI had a short overnight stay so the location is ideal about 400m walking from the main train station. Although a good location it is not a good area at night, a lot of homeless people but there are also some nice restaurants on Garabaldi Square and good coffee shops nearby for pastries and coffee for breakfast. The Hotel reception is on the 2nd floor of the building, big staircase and as others say no lift. Not good for older people or if you have big luggage to carry. The Checkin was fine, the man explained the basics and took me to my room. The cleanliness was perfect, so clean, plenty of fresh white towels, and bathroom was spotless, no problem there. He also gave me the remote control for the air conditioning and that also worked really great so you could sleep well. Bed was fine, seemed clean also, as someone said Quirky decoration. And surprisingly quiet. So if you arenât after a fancy hotel room itâs fine. Only Basic liquid soap amenity supplied. The Front door is locked at 8 pm, and the hotel rooms access, they give you a keys to access, so it seems quite safe, closing early in that area is probably a good thing . Easy to walk to the Old Town and all the sights.
