Naples Hotels with Wifi

Bang in the heart of not just the charming old centre but right on the block where the street partying takes place till the early mornings of the weekends. But no noise pollution due to the small boutique hotel being on the (very high!) fourth floor of the old building that has its entrance in the courtyard off the street. We traveled with our two sons (17 and 10) and it worked but wouldn’t stay with our younger daughters there due to the unconventionality of the accommodation: No public areas or services, just straight up rooms (only six of them all in the one corridor off the reception) which are fitted in modern and marbled design. Room no 3 is spacious with a nice four poster bed, no 1 is less so but both still had room for a bidet in the all tiled bathrooms which has an LED light feature in the shower! Both also have a French balcony: from room 3 you can view the Vesuvius Mountain. Theres a price listed minibar and my husband really liked the mattress Reception is not 24h but communication was very good and personal through WhatsApp. I was looking forward to the roof terrace but it was bare and unused serving merely as a panorama lookout point. Not to worry, the most important thing for us was that the hotel was clean and had some form of luxury for the night we stayed in Napoli!

We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

Terrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

I'm impressed by the cleanliness of this hostel, which is way cleaner and prettier than other hostels that I've stayed before. The room even has a private bathroom and surprisingly also a little balcony, very neat and well decorated! I'm also surprised to see there is a shared kitchen (which is also very clean and well managed) which serves breakfast! Truly amazing experience staying here knowing great people across the world!

Hotel is located near to metro station and train station.Easy to travel in Napoli city and out skirt with train.Room is ok with beautiful decoration.they do provide hairdryer and TV.Breakfast is delicious but not much choices.A lot of good pizza and pasta restaurant nearby.check in and out is fast.

Excellent hotel. I recommend it. Even before check-in, I was contacted with all the instructions for getting into the room (everything was extremely easy) and all my questions were answered. Finding the hotel was simple; just make sure to read the signs. The room itself was bright, clean, and spacious. It was a comfortable refuge from the heat, with a rather quiet air conditioner. Breakfast wasn't included for me, but snacks, juice, and milk were provided, along with tea and coffee. There was also a fridge, coffee machine, and kettle. The room was cleaned daily. The windows had mosquito nets and roller blinds. Be aware that if your windows face the city, it can be quite noisy. I don't have trouble sleeping, so it didn't bother me. The bathroom also had everything needed: shampoo, soap, towels, and a hairdryer. The water pressure was good, with both a rain shower and a handheld showerhead. There were no water supply issues. There's an elevator in the building! Right across the street is a small grocery store, and there are several others nearby, as well as a few cafes. The location is excellent: - A few minutes' walk to the historic center. - About 15-20 minutes' walk to the train station. - 20 minutes by taxi to the airport. - 30-40 minutes' walk to the promenade. You will get what is written in the description. The hotel is located on a dirty street, the view from the window is not the best. But inside everything is not so bad. Quite clean, the staff is polite, the internet works. It is a pity that there is no microwave or at least a kettle. For me, the mattress was too soft and it was a little noisy in the morning. The lock on the door stuck a little. There are no special comments about the hotel, if you do not plan to live there for a long time. For a couple of days it is fine.

Here you are making a lot of effort to balance the practical but difficult location at the train station. Wonderful breakfast, only at the reception you have shown youself unflexible

Small but comfortable, facing the street but not too noisy, clean and good. Very close to the station. Breakfast is simple but enough, cost-effective. No hair dryer, but you can ask the front desk.
