"The apartment is accurate to the photos, really pretty and clean! The attention is really good, the host is really friendly and he has a lot of recommendations, he was really helpful.
We were going to be out at 5am the next day and they prepared our breakfast the day before!!!
The entrance to the building is in a street which can be a little scary or different, but it’s just the appearance
For the elevator you need to pay €0.10 but in the check in they also gave us 2 coins
Overall it’s was the best choice"

"I love Nap very much. I only touched the door at 9 o'clock on the night of the check-in. At that time, because I was not familiar with it, although the front desk brother had been standing at the door waiting for us, we still ”squint” from him passing by 😂 and asked him if he had been waiting there when he went upstairs. He said yes 🥺
The next morning, the front desk was on duty and changed the young lady (I guess it was Sonja). We wanted to leave early because of the itinerary. We couldn't have breakfast. Miss sister specially made two cups of cappuccino for us and baked two super delicious croissants for us to eat on the road. 🥰🥰🥰
The location is very close to L1, I will stay here next time. Hehe 😋"

LLisa1995This hotel boasts a classic style with rich burgundy tones and well-appointed wooden furnishings. It was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The front desk staff were kind and efficient. Our room was spacious and bright, just as pictured on their website. The continental breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of pastries and cakes, served in a room with a sea view. The location is ideal, perfect for reaching both Piazza del Plebiscito and the various restaurants along the Partenope seafront. Overall, a very positive experience.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

CChristutiWhat a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.

AAik55jCould have been very good if not for the nightmare drilling through the morning / afternoon throughout my stay!!! Imagine paying to go away on holiday for a few days peace and relaxation & that’s all you hear throughout the day, especially after a belly full of breakfast!!! It really annoyed me & took all shine off the stay!
Highlights for anyone planning a stay here is its close proximity to the Metro - Centro Direzionale, it’s accessible from elevator level 0.
NOTE: Reception area is on elevator level -2, which is where arrive if by taxi or bus. I stayed in the 17th floor which has a decent view, see pictures.
The breakfast is decent albeit repetitive, good selections available & runs till 10am, the bar isn’t just opposite the breakfast area. These are on elevator level 0.
From this level you can head outside to some restaurants/cafes and the Metro - Centro Direzionale is here too.
There’s also a nightclub called THE WALL just outside in this area too.
I’m sure the maintenance isn’t a permanent thing, but it ruined this particular stay for me, there was little management could do other than say sorry!!

Naples, and I am very comfortable with the location of the building: 3 minutes to Port Nolan Station and 10 minutes from Naples Chentrale. Near the location of several supermarkets, one of them Eurospin with good choice of products and low prices. There are bus stops and tram near the hotel.
The hotel is a 3rd floor room with several rooms and kitchens. There are dishes, coffee machine, teapot. Some tables to drink coffee. Rooms are new, with recent repairs and nice design. Good comfortable mattresses, pleasant pillows, new bed linen and towels in enough. In the shower there is always hot water. In the room is a mini-freezer, a toilet table. Every 2 days there is a thorough cleaning, change of towels, refill of bathing. Our room had 2 balconies with a stunning view of the bell and port.
Given that the cost of accommodation is quite low, I think it is excellent conditions of arrival with bonuses in the form of a stunning look.
The hotel staff was very kind and always stayed in touch to help us with both the settlement and all the other issues that arise.
We extended our stay at this hotel for another three days.

The biggest advantage of this property is definitely its location. It is situated right in the heart of Naples, within walking distance of the port, restaurants, cafés, and many of the city’s main attractions. For travelers who want to explore the historic center or need easy access to the cruise terminal, the location is excellent.
The room itself was very spacious and had a charming, classic Italian style with beautiful high ceilings and large windows. It felt authentic and had a unique atmosphere that made our short stay enjoyable.
However, there were a few downsides. Cleanliness was average, as some areas of the room could have been maintained better.
The service was good overall. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Overall, this is a good option for a short stay in Naples thanks to its excellent location and spacious, character-filled rooms. However, improvements in cleanliness and especially the air conditioning would make the experience much better.
Rating: 4/5 for location and atmosphere, 3/5 overall comfort.

GGuest UserWe got the lovely queen room with the bath, the room look led exactly like the picture and it had a 75inch tv! All the staff were amazing and helpful and breakfast was decent with hot and cold selection! there was two issues we had on our short stay.
1. We had no electricity for 5/6 hours this was a bit annoying as we couldn’t charge any of our devices especially since we had work and it hit 40c in the room so extremely hot. It seemed that it was only one side of the hotel with no electricity (the buildings are old but we did pay for a premium room) it would have been nice to be offered extended check out for inconvenience
2. Leaving luggage - it was great that we could leave our luggage to explore Pompeii however we were told someone was coming to put it somewhere safe, when we returned the bags were left in the same spot right next to an accessible door it would have been devastating to have our belongings taken
