The hotel is generally average and relatively old. We booked a room with a harbor view. The area is small and the luggage is not easy to store. It does not match the picture. The restaurant on the top floor has mediocre products, but the scenery is very good. The strange thing is that when we dined in the hotel restaurant, the meal fee was charged to the room account. The hotel used our credit card to pre-authorize the meal fee of 116 euros in the middle of the night. Later, I asked Ctrip, and Ctrip said that the hotel was worried that our credit card limit was not enough when we checked in. Really Speechless, staying in a room worth hundreds of euros for one night, the hotel is actually worried that we can't afford the meal fee of 116 euros. If you just go to the ancient city of Pompeii, you can call a taxi back and forth at the entrance of the hotel, and wait in Pompeii for two hours at a cost of 100 Euros. It is best to ask a tour guide at the door to visit the ancient city of Pompeii. The tour guide here is very professional, and the explanation is detailed and serious. It costs 150 euros once, which is very worthwhile.

It is an Italian house that is open opposite the train station and has 5 rooms. The location is very convenient, the price is relatively high, but the downstairs are black, relatively insecure. We live next door to black people. I am not a racist, but I still care. The landlord is very enthusiastic, maybe too enthusiastic, will open your door to clean up, although we clearly told him not to do so. I don't care, my wife is more afraid. In short, there are advantages and disadvantages. The man is alone, recommend living. Couple, forget it, take care of your lover's sense of security.

Firstly the positives. The location is very good for the train station and the airport. The rooms are a decent size and the staff were efficient although not hugely friendly. This hotel is very much a case of getting what you pay for. Its fine as a base to sleep in but if you're looking for any kind of luxury then it's not great The area the hotel is in is one of the poorer parts of the city. There's a lot of homeless people outside and all of the things that come with that, although they don't seem to bother the tourists. The road is exceptionally noisy although the windows do a decent job of blocking most of the noise out. The hotel itself is dated, the roof bar wasn't open during our stay and we didn't use the restaurant so can't comment on that The room was very dated very dark and gloomy. The double bed was two beds pushed together and the sheets were uncomfortable and scratchy. The TV didn't work properly nor did the fridge. The bathroom flooded every time we had a shower as it appeared to come out of the floor drain whenever the shower was on or the bath emptied and the shower head was at knee height so you had to hold it up to have a shower. Having said that if you just wanted a place to stay with no frills and cheap then this is fine.

Fantastic getaway place to stay. Very clean, great location, beautiful views and our main purpose for the visit to Naples was a visit to Pompeii which was amazing. Location of apartment was ideal for metro, which was simple to use (and a good experience). What made this a pleasure was how helpful and accommodating Antonio was, as well as the cleaners, from start to finish. We will return again and definitely stay at the Relais Castel Nouvo. Mark and Sam.

I think this shop is very good, but there are not many reviews, so I was quite worried at first. It is true that there are more black people near the railway station, but they have not affected others at all, and there is no problem. It may be difficult to find at the beginning. It is on the second floor after the entrance, but the decoration equipment inside is very new and beautiful. The reception is very good. There will be a map to explain to you where the hot spots are and how to go. Because we were going to the airport at 8 o'clock, we couldn't have breakfast, and we packed breakfast in the room one night in advance. Very sweet!

Non prenotate questa struttura in quanto il titolare è di un menefreghismo imbarazzante oltre che in malafede. Prenoto tramite app agoda con un certo anticipo una camera per ieri sera, necessito di una sola notte perché ho un volo serale di rientro da Santorini, il sito è chiaro, per il check oltre le 21 è previsto un supplemento e a me sta bene, la prenotazione non prevede cancellazione. Ieri da Santorini, contatto il titolare per comunicare l’orario del mio arrivo alle 23, per tutta risposta mi dice che non è possibile ospitarmi perché il check in chiude alle 21. Spiegò la situazione, ricordando che sul sito era scritto a chiare lettere della possibilità di check in oltre orario con pagamento supplemento, ma il titolare nega. Gli spiego di trovarmi all’estero e di avere difficoltà a prenotare, ma lui, con fare sufficiente mi dice che non può farci nulla, di contattare agoda e di farmi rimborsare, ne segue una serie di mail e una telefonata in cui spiego le mie difficoltà ma a lui non importa un fico secco. Per fortuna riesco a trovare altra struttura nella stessa zona e contatto Agoda che dopo una serie infinita di mail, conferma che in fase di prenotazione era realmente previsto il supplemento che invece è stato negato dal tipo, quindi nonostante la mia prenotazione fosse non rimborsabile, verrò rimborsata. Prova che il titolare è un bugiardo

Nice and clean B&B just beside Napoli Centrale and Piazza Garibaldi. The perfect location if you are in Napels and are going further by train. The metro is just outside the door, so all of Napels can be reached easily. The rooms are very nice and clean. We got a big bedroom for 4 people and didn't miss anything. The breakfast can be ordered the day before and is served in the room at the requested time. Very nice and actually a lot of options. We got fresh croissants, Italian coffee, juice, yoghurt, fresh fruits, some cakes, toasted bread and cheese. The people outside the hotel at the piazza is a bit shady, but I didn't feel nervous that they would do anything to any of us. You should be aware that the place doesn't have a reception open 24/7. Not a problem for us at all. Very sweet and helpful staff really trying to do their best. I would definitely stay here again.

We got the lovely queen room with the bath, the room look led exactly like the picture and it had a 75inch tv! All the staff were amazing and helpful and breakfast was decent with hot and cold selection! there was two issues we had on our short stay. 1. We had no electricity for 5/6 hours this was a bit annoying as we couldn’t charge any of our devices especially since we had work and it hit 40c in the room so extremely hot. It seemed that it was only one side of the hotel with no electricity (the buildings are old but we did pay for a premium room) it would have been nice to be offered extended check out for inconvenience 2. Leaving luggage - it was great that we could leave our luggage to explore Pompeii however we were told someone was coming to put it somewhere safe, when we returned the bags were left in the same spot right next to an accessible door it would have been devastating to have our belongings taken

GGuest UserIt is about8-10 minutes from Naples Central Station. It is not far but the road is not easy to walk. It is very expensive to wheel. The room is in the community, not very easy to find, I called the landlord, but I didn't understand it. There was not much food around, and it was very dark at 7 o'clock, so I went to the old pizza restaurant downstairs to eat. The room has a huge aroma, and it smells a bit dizzy and disgusting. The pillows are not very comfortable and the whole is clean. Negotiated breakfast with the restaurant downstairs, but we didn't eat it early.

My boyfriend and I stayed at 7th Floor Suite for 4 nights. The room we stayed in was very nice, clean and tidy and we had a balcony. The staff were so friendly and always greeted us with a smile. I booked a taxi via the hotel, and Livia was very helpful doing this. Unfortunately, due to issues with the car, which was outside of the hotel's control, this had to be cancelled the night before our flight to Naples. The hotel staff (Giuseppe) communicated this with me as soon as possible and were very apologetic on arrival. We were able to make alternative arrangements without much issue and I was very impressed with their communication and helpfulness throughout our stay. We had another taxi arranged by them back to the airport which was absolutely great. The location is fantastic. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from the metro station, so it was easy to get around Naples. We felt safe in the area too and there were lots of great restaurants and shops around. I would definitely recommend staying here and would stay again if we visited Naples again!
