Pros:
Great view, friendly staff
Cons:
Rooms are very outdated, the toilet button didn't work properly in two rooms. The noise from outside bikes ia very loud and won't give you peace at nights
The roof garden is almost everynight reserved for weddings
There are many stairs to come down from top (about 120)
Rooms are very small

My husband and I came for six days to celebrate our silver wedding anniversary and my 60th birthday. We enjoyed the most delicious meal at the hotel restaurant... the atmosphere was sublime and the staff were courteous. Thank you so much to Guiseppe and Vincenzo for making it such a memorable occasion! The view is incredible; the food delicious and the piano player added an extra special touch. The hotel itself is full of history and interest, plus it's well located to explore Naples. All in all we've really enjoyed our time here and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

The good: A beautiful view over the Bay of Naples, very good beds, friendly welcome and, as everywhere, strong coffee. But: The fire safety signaling is weak, escape routes and no evacuation indication! The breakfast is ok although not worthy of four stars. In our room the air conditioning did not work, the bathroom equipment was just two stars and there was a slight sewage smell. The hotel is located above the Spanish Quarter where really disturbing noisy open-air parties take place during the weekend. And then there is the climb from the lower city, but yes, that is your choice.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 nuits dans cet hôtel atypique. Nous avions une suite junior au 1er étage. L'hôtel est situé sur une avenue très passante et c'est un peu bruyant quand on ouvre les fenêtres donc mieux vaut peut être choisir une chambre en étage plus élevé. Superbe vue sur la baie de Naples des chambres et depuis la terrasse du 4è où se trouve le restaurant/ salle PDJ.. Service impeccable au restaurant(dîner excellent) et sur la terrasse juste pour boire un verre ou un thé. Localisation parfaite. A recommander vivement

The staff were attentive and helpful. The rooms were beautiful and stocked with things needed. The art was beautiful throughout the hotel and the food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Hotel con encanto y excelente restaurant. La junior suite es grande, bella y poco práctica. Faltan perchas, estantes, cajones,enchufes y buenas lámparas para leer en la cama.
El personal muy amable.
Lástima que el funicular central acabe a las 10!

Hotel muito bom. Café da manhã simples mas bom. Fiquei três dias e não limparam o quarto,apenas trocaram as toalhas e arrumaram a cama , achei só esse ponto negativo.
