Location and safe secure parking. Naples is a vibrant city and this was a nice oasis- staff very helpful and welcoming!

Very kind staffs. It was a bit hard to find our way in but the place was very secured which was really nice, considering crazy nights in Naples. Arrived late. They kindly showed us the room and instruction for getting access to the main building. Nice breakfast also! Recommend!

Ho avuto la fortuna di soggiornare per la prima volta presso l'Hotel Costantinopoli 104. È stato come essere a casa: la posizione è strategica nel cuore di Napoli e l'accoglienza calorosa! Ci ha colpito in particolare il mix di eleganza, classicità e contemporaneità dello stile. Lo spazio esterno è una vera oasi verde "nascosta" all'interno di un Palazzo del 1600. La colazione è ottima: abbondante, variegata e con assaggi di cibi tipici napoletani come la pastiera, la sfogliatella, la ricotta di bufala ed il pane cafone. Ed anche prelibatezze natalizie! Il servizio è impeccabile e gli spazi comuni sono curati nel minimo particolare. La camera è molto comoda, silenziosa e spaziosa. Il personale professionale e cordiale, attento alle esigenze di ogni cliente. Un vera "chicca" ed un'esperienza unica nel centro storico di Napoli. Grazie, torneremo presto con grande piacere! The hotel is tucked away off the street at the back of a condo or apartment complex. It’s modest but kept up well. Convenient to places of interest and a metro stop. Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants nearby. Great breakfast in the morning. Many guests like to use the outdoor area, which includes a pool. No amenities to speak of, but comfortable room.

At 27 degrees C air conditioning is no luxury at a hotel of this category. Windows can be opened but due to noise from the street not an option.
To bad that management has made no efforts to fix the technical problem asap.
And no recognition of the situation. We would have expected some sign of compensation.

Unbelievably incredible staff at the front desk and in the restaurant! They need a difficult beginning easy, (the airline lost our luggage! Took hours to file report, came in to the hotel late and tired), they were very accommodating, and generally cared about their guests. Very helpful!!!
