Es war einfach viel zu laut- man konnte alles was draußen passiert ist bzw auf der straße hören obwohl das fenster geschlossen war und es sogar eine seitenstraße war und das ganze nacht. So gut wie kein Tageslicht ein - ganzen Tag dunkel wie in einem Keller - auf booking nicht ersichtlich sonst hätten wir es auch nicht gebucht. Ansonsten sehr sauber und die Einrichtung sehr hochwertig. Lage toll, der Preis dafür, dass man keine einzige ruhige Nacht hat zu hoch.

Grande cortesia e grande efficienza. In particolare ho ricevuto efficace aiuto per organizzare i trasferimenti con NCC e per organizzare una visita a Pompei Scavi con guida. Un plauso particolare per evermi fornito una guida (IDA CAPUTO) capage e coinvolgente: ci ha condotto per 4 ore riuscendo a mantenere inalterato il nostro interesse

El hotel tiene una ubicación inmejorable.Justo enfrente de las galerías Umberto y en la vía Toledo que es la calle más comercial . No es fácil encontrarlo .Esta ubicado dentro de en un palacio con portón verde justo frente a Zara Nuestra habitación era una suite amplísima,de decoración moderna y nueva.Bien aislado del murmullo exterior. Las camas son comodisimas ,y amplias. Limpieza impecable . En el baño hay de todo El desayuno es de calidad aunque falta variedad y cosas calientes . Y el personal muy amable .Atienden cualquier duda y te ayudan con todo.Hay una chica en recepción que habla muy bien español.aunque todas te entienden. Precio elevado .

- posizione ideale per girare diversi quartieri di Napoli a piedi - camere moderne ed insonorizzate (evitare però camera vicino ad uscita secondaria) - reception non sempre professionale, volatile in base alle persone - servizio navetta ottima (anche se un po' costoso)

Caruso Place is a quaint, boutique hotel in the heart of bustling Naples, with the port nearby. Service was spectacular and the room was spacious with a pull-out couch and a private balcony overlooking the bustling street. Despite the noise on the street, the room was oddly quiet as there were 2 doors shielding the balcony. We were presently surprised by the quality of the hotel and the room. It certainly is in a great location. One minor downside is that it was hard to find as the adjacent street is not accessible by car but once we figured it out, we were very pleased.

Posizione ottima , stanze pulite e personale molto cordiale; di contro le camere che si affacciano sui vicoli risultano assai rumorose. Colazione da villaggio turistico senza nessuna ricercatezza dei prodotti tipici locali..Peccato!

Posizione centralissima e molto comoda, a due passi dal mare e da tutti i luoghi d'interesse. Personale cortese e disponible. Camere pulite e nuove con letti molto comodi. Se volete una camera con vista, non é la scelta migliore ma per noi é stato un piacere essere immersi nella vita di uno dei vicoli dei quartieri spagnoli. Ci ritorneremo al nostro prossimo viaggio.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Il est idéalement situé au cœur de Naples. Néanmoins, les chambres sont très silencieuses. Par ailleurs la literie est très bonne. Le petit déjeuner est correct. De nombreux restaurants sont disponibles aux alentours.

Caruso Place felt so homely - such clean, airy, spacious rooms that were quiet even though we were in such a great location and so central to bay, beautiful plazas and tourist attractions …. The service at the hotel felt very personal , any questions or help was responded to quickly and the breakfasts were so tasty and fresh! The view from the breakfast room was amazing - such an amazing historic building to stay at so many thanks
