In the open-air breakfast area on the top floor of the hotel, there are seagulls and other birds walking around the tables where people sit to eat. In fact, a seagull ate part of my breakfast during the couple of minutes I got up to go get a glass of water and milk. When I mention this to one of the waiters, he doesn't care, he shrugs his shoulders and tells me that it's not his problem. So I leave the glass of milk and water on the table, go back to get more food, and when I return I find that the waiter has already removed the glasses and the rest of the things. *********** should not be working anywhere. Because of him I have given the hotel such a bad grade
I find the hygiene in that hotel POOR. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism of that useless waiter, and the terrible hygiene care. I put a ZERO out of TEN in hygiene and professionalism.

The hotel staff are well trained and very friendly. It is a hotel with a great view and all sea view rooms have a terrace, but the hotel location itself is not only far from the city center, but also very difficult to get around by public transportation, so be prepared for that. I was prepared to stay for one night, but it's not a good location for a 2-day or longer trip from Naples.

The hotel was everything we wanted, the staff were so friendly and helpful. We felt very safe with all of the necessary covid precautions been taken. The room was very modern and the balcony was the best part. The view was incredible and we sat out every night to watch the city and the many different firework s display. Would definitely recommend and hope to return some day!

Hotel situato in zona Posillipo, con una vista a dir poco splendida sul golfo di Napoli. Funicolare a 100 metri. Stanza singola accogliente e molto silenziosa. Colazione discreta, struttura elegante ma un po’ datata. Personale abbastanza gentile ma approccio alla reception migliorabile verso il cliente.
