Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan and it was such a relaxing experience. The environment is peaceful and perfect for a short escape from the city. The hotel is located right by the beach, so you get a beautiful natural vibe throughout your stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. Hotel facilities are great, including a swimming pool, gym, kids-friendly areas, and dining options, all well-maintained and convenient for both couples and families. The highlight is definitely the view 🌅 You can catch both stunning sunrise and sunset by the beach, which makes it extra special. Waking up to the sea view and ending the day with golden sunset moments is just perfect.

We stayed at Chateau Spa, Bukit Tinggi for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it was a truly pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort was peaceful and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to unwind and celebrate a special occasion. The room was clean, and the toilet was well kept, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff service was truly tip-top—everyone was attentive, caring, and clearly prioritised our wellbeing and comfort throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warmth really stood out. As for the food, breakfast and the buffet were fine, but the à la carte meals for lunch and dinner were definitely worth the money. The portion sizes matched the price well, and there was a good variety of Western and Malay cuisine. We tried the Western dishes, including salmon and steak, and they were delicious. The spa prices were affordable, though booking in advance is recommended. We visited during the last few days of December, and the weather was cold and lovely, adding to the overall relaxing experience. We left feeling happy, refreshed, and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful getaway or a special celebration.

I booked 3 rooms and happy that two of them are connecting rooms. Overall satisfied with the cleanliness of the rooms, the friendliness of the staffs and the facilities provided. Swimming pool could be better if there's not that much of dirt seen at the bottom.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the AC Marriott Hotel. The pillows and bed were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly throughout the night. The breakfast spread was quite simple, but it was sufficient and satisfying. The staff were highly professional and showed excellent hospitality. I will definitely be coming back again.

Really enjoyed the overall look of the hotel. It’s newly renovated, clean, and has a very nice rattan + Muji-inspired aesthetic. The whole place feels calm and modern, which I really liked. However, because it’s still quite new, there was a slightly odd smell in the room. Probably from the new furniture or materials. Not too strong, but noticeable. I also requested a simple room decoration for a birthday surprise for my husband, but since we arrived late, nothing was prepared. While the staff offered for us to order a cake from the cafe the next day, it didn’t feel the same anymore as the surprise moment was already gone. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food, and the location is convenient with plenty of food places nearby. Not very recommended for those who wants to work from hotel as the lobby is hot with no aircond. Had to work in the room but it might be nice if the lobby is more comfortable to lepak and work. Overall, it’s a pretty hotel with great potential, but there’s definitely room to improve, especially in terms of customer service and attention to special requests.

We have a great sleep over here! The king size bed is soooo comfortable and great facilities around that is suitable for family that having kids, is quite kids friendly. Best thing is the free parking which we as hotel guest just need to validate parking from reception counter before exit will do! Just the TV cabinet and kitchen area got a bit dust that didn't fully clean but not a big issue for us.

Pro: The room was spacious for the price it was well worth it, location is great as well its near to the centre of the area..theres a lot of shop lot there. Amenities is bare necessity nothing fancy but u can get toothbrush kit shampoo n bodywash, in the kitchen there's microwave plates bowls n complete cutlery set n dishwash soap. The facilites around the apartment is great there's a lot to explore Cons: What i disappoint was the washing machine has broken and they can't fix the issue right away and only offer me a late checkout so i have to wash all my cloth manually and they can't dried out even within 2 days due to the weather. Hope they would've offer better solution to others next time mybe an offer to a free laundry service or something..also they don't have tissue prepared just the cheap toilet roll which would break easily, would be better if they also prepare face tissue as well..the towel is very dirty i couldn't dare to use as i have skin allergy and last but not least there's karaoke n game room as well there but the price you have to pay is really ridiculous few hundred for few hours just for karaoke is insane 😂

Overall, the stay was comfortable with a nice environment and pleasant view. The unit is modern, clean, and well-designed, making it a relaxing place to stay. The living area and bedroom were cozy, and everything felt quite new. The unit comes with 2 bathrooms (with shower) and 1 additional toilet, which is very convenient for groups. Basic amenities like shampoo and bathroom sets were provided. One downside was the jacuzzi, which takes quite a long time to heat up. We had to wait until the next morning for the water to become properly hot, so it’s not suitable if you plan to use it immediately. There are a few F&B outlets downstairs, making it easy to get food nearby. The parking fee was confusing — we were charged RM20 even though the signboard showed RM10. We parked around 2:30 PM and checked out at 10 AM the next day, so clearer pricing would help. Another issue was transport. It was not convenient — we tried booking Grab for about 10 minutes, but no drivers accepted our ride from Antara to First World. Overall: Comfortable stay with good environment and facilities, but improvements needed for jacuzzi heating, parking clarity, and transport accessibility.

The best hotel in Cherating. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was decent. The beach was clean, and the hotel's surroundings were also pleasant.

The environment here is great, with a pool and a gym. The hotel also provides toothbrushes and toothpaste, and the rooms are very clean. I highly recommend staying here! The price is good, and it's located halfway up Genting. You can take the cable car directly to Genting Highlands. The only downside is that the road to the hotel is a bit secluded.
