Heliconia hotel is a great experience, I am enjoying every bit of my stay. I am a frequent visitor to Port Harcourt and had planned a 2days stay at this hotel but I am staying extra 4 days because I truly enjoy staying at this hotel, the very cordial and professional staff particularly Christie on the front desk, so warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel among others in Port Harcourt..

The environment is serene for someone looking for a quiet place off the city hassles. Breakfast is ok but I had just a little concern...The air-conditioning wasn't that great had to change rooms and bring in the technician to fix it and response to that wasn't swift .overall is okish..

For bookings made by Ctrip, the front desk will check in first, and the order will be confirmed the next night—sometimes bad! The room is nice, you will get a beer voucher when you check in, there is no hair dryer or slippers; breakfast is rich, but coffee is instant; lunch pizza is average; there are often many white people drinking and chatting in the bar on the first floor in the evening... 3 security checks for vehicles entering and exiting, nearby There is a Chinese restaurant

Lovely staff, porters and receptionist were on point. Just that it took them time to rectify that my booking has complimentary breakfast for two instead of one.
