Very strange room layout, from door to the window is bed, wash area and desk. If the bed and wash area are exchanged their place it would be better. The best things are it’s good location, very close to Maastricht Station by 3 minutes walk away, and the good service from staff at reception, in particular Andre’ ( if I remember correctly the young man with golden curly hair). No slippers, but can borrow adapters and 2 bottles of water are provided in room.
Our TV did not work. Batteries and technical service were/was not available because we checked in after 18 hours. Check out reported. Answer: thank you for transmitting and sorry for it. However, no compensation or a cup of coffee for the discomfort. Very disappointing. You book a room with facilities and then you want to use it. We haven't made stennis it is not worth it, but it's sad it is. More fine hotel!

Attentive to the wishes of guests, for me as a disabled, there was a shower chair in the shower. A recommendation for anyone who seeks a more personal hotel with attention to the guests.

Very clean, all rooms have direct access to the hot springs, very convenient, and it is very cost-effective to book a hotel to the hot springs, will come again next time! There is a good restaurant around to eat ribs recommended De Zoete Zoen, you can take a few steps to eat here after soaking in the hot springs.
Excellent location. Beautiful hotel and beautiful large rooms. Good service and friendly staff. Rooms are equipped with spacious bathrooms. We have enjoyed it. Really a adviser. We will surely come back in the future. Ideal for a few days Roermond. All is at walking distance, bars, restaurants and shops. Outlet is also at walking distance.
Business room with bathtub and balcony is good, the only regret is that the balcony door lock is broken, you can't open the door.
It’s okay to spend a weekend alone. Although it’s not far from the train station, pay attention to there is no shuttle bus during the weekend.

GGuest UserLocation is great, closed to the soccer stadium. With 2 big supermarkets nearby. The room is not so clean, and the shampoo/ body wash is empty. But they have a bulk bed and 2 single beds. It’s prefect fit to my family.

GGuest UserCockroaches were found on the ceiling of the hotel. The hygiene is not very good. The sound insulation of the room is too poor. You can hear the noise of the people next door taking a shower clearly. The heating equipment is too old and the noise is too loud.

We had booked this room because he looked great for a family on the photo.s
However, at arrival this was not the case the room was not as it appeared on the photo.s
And also about the room to keep silence , beds where the matraces were very thin , balcony door could not be closed , slot was broken , toilet wasn't wash well through , shower leaked , and the next morning there was suddenly a bami ball on our balcony and that on 5 high how to ???
What was this a dimmer for me and my children because what they were happy to sleep a night in a hotel that what is for another may be normal is that for us and
