GGuest UserThis is an excellent spot – a great base for exploring various parts of Łódź. The hotel provides everything you need, and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The facilities are fantastic: the gym, fitness room, sauna, rooftop pool, and spa are all impressive. The views from the terraces are beautiful.

GGuest UserIt’s not my 1st stay at grand hotel so not surprised by the high standards. This hotel is pure class from architecture to staff to food and spa area. I think is worth to come to Łódź even just to stay in this hotel.

VVivian53115This hotel reception when we check in that man ok, but when we check out, one man and one woman all the time chatting, there is no any good service of them and bar food not so good, service so so. Breakfast service ok.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively quiet and new, which meets the expectations of the brand. However, the bedding in my friend's room is obviously dirty, and the hygiene needs to be improved. It is good that the hotel has its own parking lot.

GGuest UserThe stay itself was short, just 1 night, but the overall impression was very positive. Nice, tidy rooms, clean, quiet. Tasty breakfast. The only small minus was the price for parking (80 PLN).... Honestly, the amount surprised me a little (I expected something around 50 PLN), but Poland as a country is probably becoming the most expensive country in Europe (apart from Scandinavia), so this will soon cease to be surprising :)

GGuest UserI recommend this hotel to those undecided. It's a bit out of the way, but still close to Manufaktura. The hotel is new, beautiful, and very clean. It deserves five stars. The room was large and very nicely decorated. The breakfast and coffee were very good.

Cconglin03The hotel has free parking, the room is quite big, the hotel is still some distance from the pedestrian street in the city center, there are no supermarkets and restaurants nearby, it will be inconvenient to walk.
