The hotel's location is excellent, right in Back Bay, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, and it's within walking distance of the train station. The views are great, with the Boston Public Library right downstairs, and shopping and dining are very accessible. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel. Had such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible! 10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.

The hotel is located near the Philips Academy Andover school, near the Chili ́s restaurant and also a gasoliner.

This is probably the oldest-looking Ritz Carlton that I have visited. It is just like a normal hotel. The location is great, but everything else just doesn't look like a Ritz-Carlton. You will feel this the moment you get of the car. However, it is Boston and everything is overpriced.
