Prettyview Villa is a one bedroom suite perfect for a couple. Prettyview Villa is located on a very private 3/4 acre property nestled in the hillside above Wyndham Resort Lambert Beach sometimes referred to as Elizabeth Beach. It is a short walk to the beach, an amazing and mostly undiscovered powder sand jewel. It is a leatherback turtle nesting site with hatchings each July. There is excellent snorkeling at the eastern end between Lambert and Little Bay, with good shelter created from Guana Island. Guests will have access to all the Resort facilities and common areas, including the Resort pool, restaurant, clubhouse, tennis court, gym, and spa.Prettyview offers a heated 10' x 20' pool with covered deck space with dining and lounge areas. We based the design and amenities of Prettyview on a five star hotel suite we frequented. The interior is cooled by the trade winds and a large ceiling fan or if you prefer, an air conditioner. You can relax and read your favorite book with a 'painkiller' or watch a movie on Netflix or Roku. The villa has unlimited WIFI streaming, local cable tv, and a local BVI cell phone is available for use. The house design includes a turquoise clad double shower inside the suite with sparkling glass block and a view of the Caribbean. For extra romance and cleanliness, there is also an outside shower with a clearer view of the sea and just enough glass block for prudent privacy. The Villa also includes a wrap around balcony and patio at the living quarters level and a lower level deck for outdoor eating and sunbathing. There is a full indoor kitchen well equipped for all your culinary needs. The tropical gardens have been extended and are exquisite. The cupola above the villa offering another lounging area with outstanding views of the ocean. There are security cameras located on the lower level that cover the stairs, pool and walkway for "uninvited guests".Prettyview earned her name from one of the men who built her. 'Pretty' in the islands is a state of mind of near perfect well being. As Markee helped set the last stout rafters of this home and gazed upon the panoramic view of Guana Island and the expansive Caribbean Sea, he expressed how all was 'Pretty'.
