I recommend conducting thorough research before making reservations to fully understand what to expect. We were somewhat surprised by the campsite-style setup, as we booked based solely on website photos without delving into the specifics. While the facilities are adequate, the layout lacks privacy. For instance, to use the cabin's toilet, all curtains on the first level must be closed. Additionally, the toilet bowl is situated behind stairs without any curtains, potentially allowing others in the cabin to see. Moreover, the second-level flooring consists of planks with numerous gaps, providing visibility to the first level, including the bathtub and toilet bowl. I strongly advise against booking this accommodation for families with children due to the safety risk posed by the sliding doors on the second level, which lack safety measures. While they offer a unique view of the mountain, the danger of potential falls is significant. If you do choose to consider it as a family cabin, I recommend checking with the staff to lock the doors from the outside for added safety. Despite the unexpected aspects mentioned above, our overall stay was still decent. The staff were hospitable and helpful throughout our visit. Communication was convenient via WeChat for check-in details, recommendations, and self-checkout. It seems that the camping style of accommodation was a selling point, it’s definitely a unique stay. I’m sure there’s a specific crowd that would fully enjoy the experience.

The hotel has a good environment and a strategic location. When you enter the courtyard, you are right in front of the Rizhao Jinshan Mountain, where you can have afternoon tea. It is the best viewing location. It is so comfortable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Guest room greetings are very timely and efficient. The staff are friendly He is very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner and puts himself in the shoes of his guests. A very satisfying stay experience! Staying at this hotel made me feel like home and I will come back in the future!

The first time I came to Lijiang, I chose this (Laixi Mountain View B&B) and it felt very good. It was really a treasure B&B. I highly recommend it to my friends! It is near Baisha Ancient Town, and it is very convenient to travel. It is very close to the entrance and the ancient town. We arrived at the store at around 10:30 in the morning, 2-3 hours earlier than the check-in time. The boss said that the room still needed time to be cleaned, and told us that we could go around and there would be free coffee and fruit. After the walk, we returned to the B&B and played billiards and chess seamlessly. In short, the waiting time passed quickly, and I didn't feel like I was waiting. For this reason, we upgraded the room, and the room was taken to our room as soon as it was ready. Facilities: electric curtains, smart toilets, humidifiers, heating, everything is complete, and there is a large bathtub. Hygiene: disposable bath towels and slippers are sterilized and disinfected, so they are very safe to use. Environment: As shown in the picture! You can see the snow-capped mountains while lying in the room. The overall space of the room is spacious and the lighting is also super good. I like the simple style. Service: The service here is very thoughtful. There is afternoon tea and breakfast. The breakfast is freshly made and very delicious. There is also sweet soup in the evening.

ancient town under snow mountain Very quiet, the pace of life is very slow, the inn is in the ancient city, the facilities are not bad, and the shopkeepers are very nice, they will recommend some delicious shops, there are cats and dogs in the inn, those who like small animals should not miss it. It's a pity that I didn't go up to the snow mountain because of the weather. However, the snow-capped mountains can also be seen on the third floor of the inn. Although the flowers and plants in the courtyard are not open in winter, it is very comfortable to bask in the sun in the afternoon.

The environment is very good, the boss is very enthusiastic, and the preferred habitat for Lijiang tourism.

The room was really clean and the bedding was light and fragrant. There is also air conditioning in the room, and electric blankets are prepared when used. Don't worry about the cold in winter. Then Lijiang Station is very close, less than 10 minutes walk, travel is very convenient. The boss is also very enthusiastic and will help with luggage. Next time I go to Lijiang, I will go to live.

When I was staying at the inn, I had the good fortune to meet a Chinese author of the “Lonely Planet” series who was visiting here. He said that it was very familiar to see someone who had been backpacking in youth hostels for ten years. During the chat, I learned that he had been backpacking for more than 20 years and was now in his 60s and 70s and could no longer walk, so he chose to travel by car. Perhaps he will publish a book about self-driving travel in the future. It is really awe-inspiring for a person to persist in doing something he loves for decades and to do it to the extreme!

Love love love the location. Within walking distance to the reservoir which made it easy to go for a stroll at sunrise or sunset without any logistical restrictions. Room was clean and view was amazing. However not a big fan of the room facilities especially the AI toilet (not sure why it must flush the moment I sit down every time). The shower also floods every time it is used. As I stayed here with a friend (not a couple) the barely frosted glass on the shower and toilet doors meant we had to be very comfortable with each other. The staff were on the whole polite but service was inconsistent- some staff were friendlier than others. One of the staff started shutting off the restaurant facilities before we were done with dinner which I felt was an awkward way to hurry us. Beautiful and quiet location with the Yulong mountain in the background (ideal for watching the sunrise). Even though it’s about 3km away from Baisha, you but can easily order a taxi/Didi. Room was spacious, clean and tidy and equipped with all the things you need. The host is also very nice and helpful, and can cook delicious food. Perfect place to stay!
