Separate lakeshore sauna with dressing room, shared with neighbouring cottage 8121. Sauna has manual water pump and hot water container on stove.The cottage has a Mosquite Magnet mosquito repellent, which works in area of 5000 m². Log holiday cottage on level shore. Neighbour 70 m away is cottage 8121, which shares spacious lakeshore sauna. Lakeshore sauna located midway between cottages. Cottage has high standard furnishings and maintained yard area.Peaceful location, only 2 cottages (this one and 8121) along 1000 m shore/in 22 ha area.The owner rents out 2 kayaks (10€/kayak/day).L.Ylä-Jäppäjärvi is famous for its pike perch. 250 m from cottage are Jäpänkoski rapids, where a lean-to can be used by both cottages.
