We have certainly noticed a lowering in the hotel standards. Subtle for steady decrease which undermine the quality and put in doubt the category of the hotel. A few of them could be enumerated: No more small bottle of body lotion of similar in the bathroom. We flagged this at reception and the lady mentioned this was never the case at this hotel, noted down our room number and never came back to us. The menu at the Room Service has been reduced and for instance, ommeletes are not available any longer. The kitchen lacks utensiles and this makes the room with kitchen experience a bit dull as you are not going to be cooking much with wooden cutlery, having to order pans at reception or needing plates that are not available on spot. I would propose either to remove them or fit them for purpose.

Best night’s sleep in a hotel ever! Comfortable beds and pillows, proper curtains and almost silent air con. Brilliant shower with Rituals products, separate toilet (always a winner!). Connecting rooms worked well for our family and the dog was made really welcome with bowls ready for her food and water. Can’t wait to come back again.

The location is very good, just in the central street, downstairs is the carousel and Ferris wheel of the Christmas market, very beautiful, walk along the main street there are many restaurants and city halls, lights during the Christmas period

In the complex apartment vote 7/10:wide,complete of everything, balcony,releasantly clean ; negative sides shower in bath, no air conditioning, mattress bed sofa, BAND THE MOQUETTE!! The breakfast at the hotel is okay, with freshly boiled eggs and plenty of hot food, which is more friendly to Chinese stomachs. Breakfast is from 6 to 10 o'clock early, which is more convenient. The room is clean and hygienic, recommended to stay
