Many eateries like cafes and restaurants nearby. Few massage parlours too. Walking distance to Sarinah. If you can walk about 800m you can reach the Grand and Plaza indonesia, Thamrin City. Room is very spacious and cosy. Got the smoking room on level 8. Hotel interior and exterior looks like a 5 star hotel. Was so nice of the Front Desk who upgraded me for free. Didn’t manage to try the breakfast. Free laundry for you to do it ON YOUR OWN. They provide detergent and there’s dryer too. Everything about this hotel is good. From the staffs, location, interior etc. Book it!

Shower Gel (campur shampoo) disiapkan di pump tempel dgn kondisi bocor (saat baru masuk sudah ada tumpahannya di lantai). Juga di handuk ada cacing. sprei ada stain sedikit. other than that all okay. please improve the cleanliness and make sure the amenities provided are complete and in a proper condition.

Anyway, don’t expect the price to be too high. The water is not hot. It was originally set wrong, and it can’t be refunded. Then I will stay for one night. Thanks to the hot weather, otherwise the bath will freeze to death.

Check in was fast but receptionist requested for me mobile number and the reason stated was that they can contact me if something happens to my room while I’m not in.. that’s a red flag to me. Proceeded to my room and the door couldn’t close properly. I had to slam it to close it all the time. Minibar was not working and no action done after feedback to reception. Room floor is EXTREMELY dirty, the soles of my feet became black after and I showered and walked in the room barefooted. Bed was firm but I felt it’s dirty coz it itches when I lay down. The sofa in my room has numerous unknown stains. Buffet was pathetic and all the hot food was COLD. I only had real fast twice during my stay and chose to eat out after that. Staff was friendly which was a consolation but everything else was definitively not up to par.
