Classy hospitality in the morning! After a restful evening we arose to excellent customer service from the front desk receptionist. Anthony ensured that we were aware of all of the options for coffee and breakfast in order for us to have a great start to our morning. I stayed there the night before I was taking the auto train to Florida. William was at the front desk when I checked in. He was very courteous. I asked him how to get to The Cheesecake Factory for dinner and he gave me very good directions. It was only about a mile away. The breakfast was more than adequate. There was waffles, sausage and scrambled eggs, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, bread for toasting, pastry, juice, coffee and tea. Upon checkout, Andy was at the desk and was very polite and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here on our way south from NY. Make sure to pay attention and get off Exit 156A from 95. We somehow made a mistake and went around in circles to get back on 95 but then it was very easy. We didn’t have a reservation but luckily there was a room available even though it seemed like there was a sports team staying there. I expected it to be noisy because of that, but we heard nothing. Same with traffic. Best soundproofing I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Room was spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. We used credit to have breakfast in the hotel before hitting the road and it was ok, although I have had better at Hampton Inns where breakfast is included in the price. The hotel has a bar and a limited menu which we didn’t use but other guests were enjoying it. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Overall experience was Great. The reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 was due to the thermostat and the firmness of the mattress (personal opinion). I came up during a terrible ice/snow storm.. and the thermostat seemed to keep fluctuating temperatures up and down. Took me 30 minutes to keep adjusting the temperature... until I ended up giving up. The ventilation in my room wasn’t the greatest either. The mattress was too firm for my liking, however the sheets were insanely comfy! 10/10 cleanliness and the bathroom shower was out of this world 🙌🏻 The stay was very comfortable considering my frustration on the thermostat.
