Awesome experience! Very nice place. Feels like home. Very Clean. Lots of Free Stuff. Free Coffee, Free Noodles with some food that you can order and they will cook for you. The place is near to everything. You can also do laundry. I highly recommend this place to travellers in Toronto.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. However, it may not be suitable for those without a personal vehicle, as it takes about 1.5 hours to get to downtown.
Other than that, there’s nothing to complain about.

Amazing location! My 2 friends and I stayed for 3 nights and we were able to get a lot of things in Downtown done as the hotel is super close to Union Station. Very clean and private, kind of airbnb style. 1 bedroom (glass sliding doors), 1 sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a circular table. Everything we needed! Will say it is an apartment building so the front desk isn't with RivetStays, but everything was overall smooth with online check in services. Amenities were standard, shampoo conditioner body wash, towels etc.

Hotel late check-in. It was handled at the door only during one time period. Contact the hotel to obtain the keys if they are out of date. There is a small living room inside the room. Can see the TV tower. The key to the elevator can only go to its own floor.

Very good place to stay. Only thing is the bed is hard. That was my main problem with the room I had, so ask for soft bed. And the room only had an extension cord to charge my outlet across the room. Good thing I brought my long charger. It feels like no one is there besides you and host is very attentive to what you need.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for one night, and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best short stays I’ve had in a long time. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations.
The host was absolutely amazing — extremely helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire stay. They answered all of my questions quickly, even after I had already checked in, which made the whole experience feel very smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of attentiveness and genuine care.
The view was simply stunning. I loved the beautiful water view — waking up and seeing the water right outside was such a peaceful and memorable experience. It truly elevated the entire stay.
The unit itself was spotless and exceptionally clean. You can tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. Everything felt fresh, organized, and very well taken care of.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, which made it so convenient to prepare our own dinner. Having a proper kitchen setup really makes a difference, especially for a comfortable and relaxed night in.
The location is another huge plus. The area is fantastic — so many restaurants and bars within walking distance, and even grocery stores nearby. Being able to walk everywhere made the stay even more enjoyable and convenient.
Overall, this place is a solid 10/10. I would absolutely stay here again without hesitation and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located place to stay downtown. Truly a five-star experience!

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located and very clean, which is appreciated. However, I had a bad experience during my stay. At 4:20 AM, some suspicious people knocked on my door, waking me up. I also heard them knocking on other doors in the hallway. It was disturbing and ruined part of my experience. A shame, because the hotel has potential...

LLimGreat location, easy check in / check out, amazing views from very high floor of a 50-story condominium. I was able to check in at 3PM and the place was very clean. 24 hour security at the lobby and 24 hour concierge on 5th floor. There is a large public parking lot right across the street that is safe and easy to use. Starbucks & Tim Horton’s is right downstairs, and Dundas Square is literally a 6 minute walk away. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to others!

GGuest UserWOW, above all expectations. Motorcycle trip, it was raining all day, so we were soaking wet. Our host took extra care of us and helped with damp clothes. Every detail is square and clean, comfy and warmth. What a great moment this evening in the living room, everybody sharing our day like a family. Then this king breakfast the next morning. Felt like home. I will certainly keep this place in mind and come back in purpose. Owner is so kind & lovely!

GGuest UserThe hotel is not far from the airport and T&T Supermarket, both are a few minutes' drive away. The room is OK and acceptable for staying for one or two days. The parking lot is large. It is a typical old-style motel. The front desk staff is Indian. I guess all of them are low-end hotels acquired by Indians. Overall it's OK, I'd give it a score of 3.5. The only unpleasant thing is that they collected a deposit of 200 Canadian dollars for only one night's stay, and it hasn't been refunded for three weeks.

MM28588****I read the comments and my heart was half cold, mainly because the price was too cheap. In this area, next to Chinatown, it is best to have a local mobile phone to contact him for convenience. The short message is also the first time to return, and the introduction is also very detailed. The deposit needs to be delivered online, but the refund is quite fast. The air conditioner is also quite quiet, and I will live again next time.

GGuest UserThe price/performance ratio is still very good. It is very close to Chinatown. It is convenient for eating and shopping. It is a small room. Fortunately, there is a separate bathroom. Every time you change shoes, the corridor is a little narrow, and the luggage is not so good. The aunt in Hong Kong is very enthusiastic.
