The host was incredibly friendly, and the house was spotless. The kitchen was fully equipped, and they thoughtfully provided us with fruit, instant noodles, and bottled water. The bathroom in the basement room showed a bit of age, but it wasn't a major issue. Also, the laundry room ceiling is a bit low, so taller guests should be mindful. However, the host was truly amazing and responded to messages almost instantly.

Excellent location, convenient transportation, and well-equipped kitchen facilities. The only drawback is that the sofa bed has a problem with its mechanism, but it can still be unfolded. I will stay here again if I visit Toronto again.

A very special small hotel, the service staff is very warm, parking is convenient, that is, the girls with large luggage should pay attention to the luggage upstairs, because there is no elevator. The breakfast bread is very delicious, about 100 meters from the lake, very suitable for leisure travel.

The apartment is in an excellent location with a truly breathtaking night view! The surrounding area has everything you need, and it’s only about an 8-minute walk to Shoppers and the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy and convenient. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The only small note is that guests may want to bring their own slippers. The host was absolutely wonderful—providing clear, detailed check-in instructions and offering warm, thoughtful reminders and assistance both before and during my stay. On my departure day, I needed a little extra time after the 12 p.m. check-out, and I’m deeply grateful to the host for kindly allowing me the time to pack and get ready without any rush. Overall, this was a perfect stay from start to finish. I would be delighted to return here on my next visit and will happily recommend it to friends and family!

Stayed at a different apartment during the same trip. The location is great and the apartment is basically brand new. The issue is only one elevator works and sometimes there is a very long wait. For some reason, guest are not allowed to use the stairs.

I want to start by saying how happy I am that the host let us check in an hour earlier since it starts at 5pm instead of the regular 3pm. This is an Airbnb type of place that requires you to put a $450 deposit for a one night stay which I thought it was very high. The location is amazing, walking distance to the CN tower and restaurants. It is a very cute place except for the cleanliness. The place was DIRTY. We decided to not use the shower because it was full of mold and hair (picture attached), there was hair everywhere! We saw there was a washer and dryer but the washer was full of towels that yet needed to be dry so we decided not to use. There were stains in the bed sheets so we decided to lay some of our own towels on top to sleep. We also decided to not touch the kitchen because the burner was broken and we did not want to cause a fire or something like that. Over all, it was decent for a one night stay but they need to fire the cleaner because I believe it is an easy fix to be a better place to stay.
