The service is very good (the front desk is very good and helped me recommend other hotels and provide transportation information after I checked out). But some questions still need to be raised: the bath water is either too hot or too cold. This is not a solar problem, but an equipment problem. Internet, although the entire island network is not good, there is no network signal in the room.

Lava House is a little oasis within Puerto Ayora. The room was very clean, with soap, shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Lava House provides a very relaxed environment, where I felt I could unwind after adventuring around during the day. The breakfast service was particularly impressive and offered so much variety! The perfect start for a day of diving. And Lava was so cute!

Wha an amazing place! The property really lives up to the name. The staff are incredibly attentive and go out of their way to accommodate. The food is amazing and the chef is very skilled in his craft. Pedro, checked me in and ensured that I had a vacation to remember. Paúl, an employee and local taxi driver became my personal chauffeur. This was the best vacation spot I’ve ever stayed in.

The stay with Captain Max was great. The hotel is not too big, it is quiet, tasteful and originally furnished. The rooms are spacious. It is beautifully clean everywhere. Breakfast in the form of a buffet is absolutely sufficient. A pleasant bonus is free water for refil and free fruit during the day for the refreshment.
Max himself is very good, cares about his guests. Price is not entirely the lowest, but on the island is generally accommodation very expensive.
