Excellent location less than a 10-minute walk from Atocha station. It is an ideal place to spend the night and continue your trip or if you plan to spend the whole day visiting Madrid and are looking for affordable accommodation near Atocha, Cibeles or Retiro Park, etc. Our room was very simple with a sink, shower tray and towels. The bathroom was outside the room and shared with other guests, in our opinion the bathroom was quite clean.

Ok so after reading reviews on here and on booking website it was mixed reviews I was worried and not I booked the room for £49.52 inc breakfast we was only here for one night we got a taxi from the airport to vertice roomspace it cost around €46 u can get a train however we weren’t sure where the train would stop the taxi driver didn’t know where the hotel was and stopped to ask for directions checked in fine receptionist was lovely and helpful u can pay additional for breakfast at €7 each if u didn’t book b&b the room well what can I say it’s basic I had to laugh literally a bed tv wardrobe and a desk air con didn’t work but it was cold anyway but if u come here in the summer u may wanna make sure it works the bathroom was small and the shower well u couldn’t swing a cat!!! I asked for another blanket as we were cold and they brought us one in madrid city centre isn’t far got the train which was €4.40 for x2 adults one way however cause we didn’t know how to use the ticket machine we ended up with a single so had to buy another to get bck u need the C3 line which takes u to sol which is the city centre bare in mind when u buy a ticket it only accepts card not cash but the main stations accept cash literally a 20-30 min train ride overall the hotel is ok for 1 night anymore than that I would choose something else Breakfast was standard the hot food scrambled egg sausages and bacon didn’t look every warm so didn’t touch that the breakfast was ok continental style I’ve had better breakfast else where in all honestly for 1 night it was fine the bed was comfy only thing is another pillow and another blanket and it would have been good Downstairs there is a little break room with vending machines to get food and also microwaves which I thought was a nice little touch

The front desk staff was the most professional and helpful I have ever encountered. Mostly the guy that works between 3:00 PM-11:00 PM. He gave me great tips for the purpose of my travel and great recommendations for affordable food and great local parties and bars to hang out, with this he made my stay in Madrid amazing. He might be even be the manager bu the way he handles the fast pace environment of a downtown hotel. Congratulations to the hotel for the great staff. The room and bathroom was nice and the requirements were meet whenever was needed. The only thing i would improve might be the bed mattress. It feels a little outdated since it is jot very confortable to sleep, not bad but not great.

Just steps from the Gran Via you can rest like a king in this warm hostel run by its owners. Very good heating, excellent bathroom and a shower with very good pressure. Super highly recommended at a price that is more than affordable for Madrid. I return every time I visit the Spanish capital.

The location is the strong point. Diverse shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc. Clean, airy room with a great view. Daily cleaning. 24-hour concierge, however, I would like to point out that contact with the concierge to open the main door is made via intercom and it opens promptly. Very attentive staff. I would repeat the stay.

Great place to stay. It is very simple, but super clean and comfortable. I was expecting much less for the price I paid. Thank you very much. Also they were available by phone all the time and ready to help.

We had prepaid for 2 nights (non-cancellation booking) but arrived late as the plane from Ecuador was delayed. They refused us access to our room, even though the room was available and was prepaid. They said we should have arrived within a certain check in time, but this was not written anywhere in the confirmation nor policies we got, when we booked through ***********, which *********** also confirmed to us in writing The hotel just cancelled the booking (even though it was a non-cancellation booking), and they would not give us any help, give the money back or let us in to the empty room.

The place is very well located. The amenities are adequate and the room was tiny. But that wouldn't have been a problem for us if it wouldn't have been that there were only 4 hangers in a quirky display. Non of this is good when you have big jackets and several layers. I had no place to put my jacket! It has to be on my bed all the time, at night it made a nice extra layer but not the point! I had been in other tiny hotels that have managed much better space for suitcase and coats. We were lucky we only have 2 tiny backpacks, otherwise we would have to choose either the suitcases on the bed or us on the bed. Deco is quirky but not very functional.

We spend a night in this house converted into tourist accommodation. If you want to stay for more days NOT RECOMMENDATE, SEQUEST Another thing. It is very close to the center and is in a rather bad state. I was very smokey. I heard absolutely everything, both from the street and from people passing through the corridor. I leave to finish the comment, the surreal situation that was given to us: when we went back to sleep and opened the door. The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a very good hotel, a very good hotel, a very good hotel, a good hotel, a good hotel, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good restaurant, a good It was a very bad thing, it was also very kind to us. We cannot allow this to continue. Finally. We will never come back. It was a mistake to book here, and we could not go back.
