2nd time to stay here, always enjoyed it. The location is perfect, close to the pier, bars and restaurants. the Rooms are very clean. Staff are very friendly. Paul is very helpful

What an absolutely wonderful stay I’ve had. Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by Eve and she kindly arranged for me to have dinner in the restaurant even though I didn’t have a reservation. The meal was amazing and the service was first class. I was fortunate to have a lovely room which was extremely comfortable - especially the bed! Breakfast the next morning was just as fabulous as the dinner and I was sent off with a friendly goodbye.
Nice touches of a good selection of tea and coffee and they kindly gave me a little flask of oat milk so I could have a coffee after dinner. This was an exceptional find and if visiting Dorchester again I will definitely be staying here. I have already recommended to friends!!

David YYGThis is a famous scenic spot, and I will know that there are very few hotels here. It takes a long time to book to have a room. The main reason I am not satisfied with the facilities is that the weather is too hot, and the owner arranged us on the highest three floors. The window of the room is not facing the sea. The fan given by the owner is not windy at one meter away. We can't sleep all night, so we just go to see the sunrise at four in the morning. Climb to the hill on the right side of the beach and find that the heart-shaped sea is not suitable for viewing. Then I simply went to the old Harry Rock 20 kilometers away, and walked for 30 minutes for 30 minutes, so although I didn't catch up with the sunrise, the scenery was OK.

I stayed at the George with my son for one night, and it was everything we needed. The beds were comfy, the service was efficient and very friendly, with appropriate Covid measures in place to make us feel comfortable and safe. Everything was very clean, including our shared bathroom. Due to Covid, the breakfast room was closed, so breakfast was brought to our room, and was fine - bacon bap, croissant, etc. As you would expect from a many-roomed guest house, there was a bit of TV noise from adjoining rooms, but nothing that disturbed us, and my son enjoyed the large TV screen! A short walk from the front and reasonable prices made this an excellent choice for us.

They gave me a very spoiling birthday break. Summer Lodge is friendly, immaculately clean smart and comfortable with lovely spa facilities. Quirky and easy to get lost but the friendly helpful staff are always willing to take you where you intended to go! The food and service are beyond wonderful. The guests' folder is excellent with useful information and guides to things to do and see in this lovely part of Dorset.

The Little Robin Gate is such a lovely place. My room (King Room) was extremely comfortable, beautiful and clean. The house is very well-designed and the garden lovely. In addition, the host David was so helpful and accommodating and made me feel welcome. I really enjoyed my stay there and would book a room again anytime.

Anonymous UserThe hotel was very clean and appeared to have been recently renovated. It is conveniently located within walking distance of Weymouth Station and directly opposite the beach. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily return for my next holiday.

Pleasant, clean & tidy, good shower, nice choice of breakfast. Easy to park outside and short 10mins walk into Bridport. I visited to go to the hat festival, which was so much fun, met with friends & had a fun day. Would definately stay here again :)
