B&b non facile da raggiungere perché nellultimo tratto semi sterrato ma grazie alle indicazioni dei gentilissimi proprietari raggiunto senza problemi. Camera piccolina per tre ma confortevole molto pulita con pulizia quotidiana , bel bagno ampio e comodo, bel balcone con lettino, peccato non averlo sfruttato di più, eravamo sempre in giro. Colazione semplice ma completa servita nella veranda e bel giardino della famiglia. Nessuna difficoltà di parcheggio. Proprietari gentili e disponibili che ci hanno inviato un sacco di suggerimenti sulle visite da fare e sui ristoranti. Veramente consigliabile

Apar**ent with everything except washing machine. Also close to the Orvieto central, supermarket and tourist spots. Staff are helpful. It would be better to keep the staff at reception at the time, but still can find them via calling them and arrive within 5-10 mins

Down a narrow passageway just off Todi’s Piazza del Popolo, this well appointed B&B is perched over the ruins of an ancient Roman theater, hence the name. Our room had a spectacular view over the olive orchards, vineyards and distant mountains of the Umbrian countryside. Roberta and Sandro are warm and attentive hosts. They met us when we lost our way in Todi’s labyrinthine streets and guided us to their convenient parking spot just below the lodging. Rare to have tranquility and a panorama while also being in the heart of a historic town, steps from the major sights and a slew of restaurants. Wish we could have stayed more than one night.

The area is very beautiful and well-treated, especially the pool. As regards the structure itself, you will certainly be aware that it would need more maintenance. Our room was small and full of antique furniture that made the environment even more sharp and tight. Note that the restaurant service was not active within the structure (the lack of correctly reported in the booking phase ) We would have wanted to report these problems to the property but in the check-out phase (possible only after the 9.) There was only the cleaning lady we thank for kindness and availability We also thank the boy at the reception for the kindness and availability Conclusion, the place has great potential but should be maintained better.
