We were here two nights, the family is very friendly and friendly, we also made breakfast here, have a common lounge on the ground floor where every room/group is served. The rooms are in good condition but you can do better on cleaning, especially in the bathroom.

We absolutely loved our time at the Hideaway! The grounds are incredible with tons of luscious plants that are beautifully maintained. Our cabana was amazing. Spacious, sparkling clean with fun tropical touches like a beautiful handmade quilt on the bed, fresh tropical flowers in the bathroom and main cabana and touches of bright colors throughout. We spent 3 nights at the Hideaway at the end of our trip and truly felt like we were fully able to unwind and relax there. We ate breakfast every day at their amazing café with delicious coffee, fresh juices and smoothies and bomb food (both local and Western options). Their bar has an epic happy hour from 6-8 with yummy BOGO drinks and the restaurant was some of the best food we had during our entire trip. We also enjoyed relaxing by the pool on the back of the property and took a yoga class one morning which was quite relaxing. Their service was also impeccable with very helpful staff. We became close with a few of the employees there during our short stay - we loved Mathy and Hetti! Would 100% recommend and stay again!

It is a good choice in Trincomalee. The hotel has a private beach, the scenery is very beautiful, and you can cook by yourself. I bought fresh shrimp and fish to make it myself. The focus is on going out to sea to see the dolphins. The boat family can send us back to the hotel directly from the sea! Come back next time!

GGuest UserEl personal del hotel muy amable. Nos atendieron cuando necesitabamos (aunque fuesen las 6:30 de la mañana) y siempre muy amablemente. La piscina estaba bien pero el agua muy caliente. En cuanto al resto de instalaciones, la habitación estaba bien y el baño pequeño pero bien. La sala de estar también bien.

Kk378В целом это хорошее место: просторные номера, метров 30 от бесконечного пустынного пляжа (через территорию соседнего ресорта). Можно пользоваться лежаками этого ресорта. Великолепные завтраки. Кондиционер и Wifi работали отлично. Персонал вежлив и предупредителен. Возникающие проблемы решались оперативно.
Основная проблема была при заезде, когда хозяин сказал, что не видит моей брони. Оказалось что у него инфраструктура была заточена только под Букинг.ком и Агоду. Пришлось понервничать...
