The place was homely and clean. The only setback is the poor programming of the elevator system. As i was staying on the 21st floor, most times i had to take the lift up to 25 to go back down to Ground floor because of the no of people who does the same from the lower floors. Especially during peak times.
Some days there’s also s stench coming from the toilets. And too many Grab drivers complain about coming in and leaving the Empire City because of (maybe) the lack of signboards from the highways.
Other than the above, my stay there was nice. The nearby Empire City Mall is certainly a plus point if only more stores are open.
Stayed here for two nights and it was a small room facing the pool but was very comfortable. Note that the walls are a bit thin so we could hear everything that’s going on in the next room if you’re trying to sleep, however with the tv on then no problem. Besides that, place is quiet and no signs ure near to town. Since it’s a gated bungalow, you need to drop a msg every time you go out and back, so that the PIC will open the entrance door for ya.For just a quick nature feel nearby, yeah give it a go.
Stepping into this apartment, I was immediately struck by its exquisite design. The high ceiling and receptionist area in the seating waiting area created a sense of grandeur. Adjacent to the hotel was a convenient convenience store, while across the street, a variety of restaurants offered diverse culinary options, catering to even the most discerning palates.
Upon entering my room, I was greeted by its spacious and accommodating layout, perfect for business travelers or those planning to stay longer. The room was well-equipped with essential amenities, including a mini-fridge, stove, and utensils, making it a comfortable and functional space.
The apartment felt like a cozy loft, and I hope the pictures I took capture its essence. I had an amazing time there, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.
Sticky floor, toilet fly insects coming out from the basin. Spotted also one small cockroach in the toilet. Digi and Maxis line was one bar sometimes good sometimes bad, wifi sometimes no connection.
Environment is good overall, hygiene part need to improve. Car park need to pay RM6 per day.
1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights.
- had sofa
- plug points on each side of bed
- bedside table each side
- toilet rack for clothes
- mini stove
- house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights
- wall decor
Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

The pool on the 39th floor offers stunning views, and the room was spotless, well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishes for cooking – very thoughtful! There are also facilities like a gym. It was a really enjoyable stay. Plus, it's super convenient to just walk across to the mall for shopping and dining. Good!

Overall, it was a decent stay, but they didn't proactively reach out for my contact details at the beginning. This meant I had to find the place myself after arriving, which was a minor hassle. Everything else was fine though. The room was quite nice, and the overall vibe was comfortable.
Room was spacious and clean, had great internet and amazing amenities including a skydeck pool and gym. Wasn’t a fan of the location since it was hard to get around especially with Grabs/Bolt drivers getting confused. Everything closes around 10 pm. It’s good if you just want to stay in Empire City as everything is walkable but we like to explore KL. Service was good and brought what we needed very quickly. Our view from our room was city side and it was a bunch of construction. Would recommend if you want to be in Empire City.

MMEGAT AMINUDDINI recently stayed at the Deluxe Mutiara Ville in Cyberjaya and booked the Standard Double Room. It was a very pleasant and comfortable experience.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and just the right size for a solo traveler. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. I also appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, basic toiletries, and strong Wi-Fi, which made the stay more convenient.
The location is strategic, close to shops, restaurants, and only a short drive from the heart of Cyberjaya. The building itself felt secure with good security measures in place. Self check-in was provided, but the instructions could have been clearer. The process felt a bit hasty and lacked proper guidance — especially for first-time guests unfamiliar with the building or its layout.
One highlight was the building’s facilities – especially the swimming pool. which were clean and not too crowded. Great for a quick relaxation session.
In summary, this place is a good budget-friendly option with a great location, but keep in mind the shared bathroom setup and limited parking. I’d recommend it for short stays or solo travelers who don’t mind a few compromises.
GGuest UserThis homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax.
The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here.
I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
GGuest UserLift only got one functioning so have to wait long time. But for RM 66 per night is okay la the room and bathroom. But this hotel did not pay for the parking and the fee is expensive.
GGuest UserThe place was generally clean and comfortable and basic facilities were provided and worked well. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, good experience and worth the price.

BBig fat fat HedgehogThe location is decent and convenient enough for getting around Bukit Bintang area. The unit itself looks clean and new, just like in the photos. However, there are a few issues that affected our comfort during the stay:
• The curtains do not fully cover the windows (there are gaps on the sides), so the room doesn’t get completely dark.
• Soundproofing is quite poor — we could clearly hear noise from outside and neighboring units.
• One of the air conditioners was not working properly, making the room feel warm and uncomfortable at times.
While the unit appears modern and clean, these problems made the stay less relaxing than expected. Better curtains, improved sound insulation, and ensuring all air cons are fully functional would greatly improve the experience.

LLuckyVicky777It was a pleasant stay! The check in process was smooth and the staff were very helpful, parking charges capped at RM 6 per day (24 hours), the place was not that hard to search if you follow Google maps/waze instructions. Overall I'm very happy for my stay and hope to visit again next time. 😊
Ttehteh101The facilities were good, but the location isn't ideal for drivers. It's better suited for backpackers or those without a car, as there's no parking available, making it more convenient for pedestrians. The check-in experience wasn't great. Perhaps that's the nature of digital service, but basic reception etiquette is a must, especially in the service industry. Unless it's a self-check-in process, that's a different story. Serving customers while snacking is a service attitude that needs to be reviewed. Thank you.
