The place was homely and clean. The only setback is the poor programming of the elevator system. As i was staying on the 21st floor, most times i had to take the lift up to 25 to go back down to Ground floor because of the no of people who does the same from the lower floors. Especially during peak times. Some days there’s also s stench coming from the toilets. And too many Grab drivers complain about coming in and leaving the Empire City because of (maybe) the lack of signboards from the highways. Other than the above, my stay there was nice. The nearby Empire City Mall is certainly a plus point if only more stores are open.

Stayed here for two nights and it was a small room facing the pool but was very comfortable. Note that the walls are a bit thin so we could hear everything that’s going on in the next room if you’re trying to sleep, however with the tv on then no problem. Besides that, place is quiet and no signs ure near to town. Since it’s a gated bungalow, you need to drop a msg every time you go out and back, so that the PIC will open the entrance door for ya.For just a quick nature feel nearby, yeah give it a go.

The apartment felt like a cozy loft, and I hope the pictures I took capture its essence. I had an amazing time there, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. It’s an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! They immediately gave me a room on a great floor with an amazing view. It was a thousand times better than my experience at the hotel next door later on. I'll definitely be back here again. The design-oriented room was vibrant and fully functional.

1st time to Mossaz, previous one was Paxtonz. Difference is just amenities, very tiny details that'll make your stay a little nicer. I'll say Paxtonz is better. But all in still very very good value compared to hotel for the same price. Paid rm85/day for 7 nights. - had sofa - plug points on each side of bed - bedside table each side - toilet rack for clothes - mini stove - house key insert at the door instead of going inside to turn on lights - wall decor Parking whole day flat rate rm6. First 3hrs rm21, next 3hrs rm2. Tng/card accepted. 4 levels parking, plentiful. EV charge available too.

Great value for money. The location is super convenient, as the accommodation is right above a shopping mall with plenty of other shops nearby. The room was clean, and all the facilities were spotless.

The pool on the 39th floor offers stunning views, and the room was spotless, well-equipped with pots, pans, and dishes for cooking – very thoughtful! There are also facilities like a gym. It was a really enjoyable stay. Plus, it's super convenient to just walk across to the mall for shopping and dining. Good!

The studio room is clean, cozy, and well-designed, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. It has all the essentials you need, with a nice layout that makes the space feel bigger than it is. Great for solo travelers or couples looking for a simple and relaxing place.

I am very disappointed with the cleanliness standards during this stay. When I lifted the bedsheet, I found many long hairs underneath, and it was obvious that the bed had not been cleaned properly before the sheets were changed. This seriously makes me question whether the bedsheets were actually replaced, or if the same sheets from the previous guest were reused. Cleanliness and hygiene are the most basic expectations of a hotel, but this experience was truly unacceptable. I hope the housekeeping department will take this matter seriously, especially ensuring that the bed is thoroughly cleaned before putting on fresh bedsheets. I hope the hotel improves its hygiene standards to prevent other guests from experiencing the same issue.

Due to water supply issues at my house, I stayed there for one night. It was a great experience—it solved my water disruption problem and helped care for my two infants. The place is well-equipped with a water purifier and water heater. Two separate rooms allowed us to split the infants and care for them individually.
