I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The inside of the building is dark. The elevator works funny-buttons don't match the level, and taking you up and down for no reason. Route from parking to reception is quite confusing and the parking is more expensive than a decent hotel. Consider other options before you consider here because the reality is more shocking as compared to the nice photos of the room.

Location is quite near to one utama shopping mall. Only 8-15minutes driving to 1U or Starling Mall. Check in and out is easy, instruction giving cleared. The entire House is clean and comfy. The house is facing to kampung area and mosque, so there will be a bit noisy. Other than that are all good. Definitely will book this house again if with family ,Tq host.

I’ve stayed in Paxton several times with different management. First time booking with mamaMama. There is a major flaw in this particular unit. All 3 aircons shuts down at night after 15-30mins using. Had to WhatsApp their custServ at 11pm & within 5mins someone came & “set” the aircon. & told not to set any timer in the controller. We did not even touch any timer & clearly there was no timer set on the remote. It was OK for another 30mins & again all aircon turn amber light again. Nothing works even after turning off & on main switch. We had to sleep with the fan only. In the morning we tried to turn the main switch off & on And this time the aircon works the whole morning till we checked out at 11am. So I’m not sure if the unit has a special set timer or it is just some electrical fault. Plz fix that unit. Saw others with same complain on aircon regular shutdown

The actual room looks different with advertised photo. Toilet bowl with visible stain. Mattress sinks in the middle. Great location and easy check in though.

Had a really good stay here, literally a short walk from JayaOne so it was easy to get stuff that I needed. The host was also very kind and responsive when I had questions or any trouble with any if the amenities. Place was clean and as per description. Area was also quiet and the WiFi worked well so it was perfect for my remote working when I was there. They also tried their best to let me check in earlier which I really appreciate. Would love to stay here again if I'm ever in KL.

It was a pleasant stay! The check in process was smooth and the staff were very helpful, parking charges capped at RM 6 per day (24 hours), the place was not that hard to search if you follow Google maps/waze instructions. Overall I'm very happy for my stay and hope to visit again next time. 😊

The hotel is clean and nice. The customer service was excellent and responsive. Near to The Curve and Ikea and very convenient.

The bathroom was fully equipped, with a clean toilet, a hairdryer, and a consistent hot water supply. The illuminated mirror was a great design, very helpful for anyone needing to put on makeup or get ready. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very responsive, making me feel right at home. The hotel's overall environment was quiet and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and working. Moreover, both the public spaces and the overall hotel environment were quite spacious, contributing to a comfortable and relaxed stay. All in all, it's a highly recommended hotel with attentive service, excellent facilities, and great value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
