It was a nice and convenient staycation overall. However, there were a few minor issues we encountered: we had to request a blanket replacement due to an unpleasant smell, and communication via chat was sometimes unresponsive, so we had to call instead. Also, the unit didn’t have a stove or microwave, which would have been helpful.
That said, we still had a good stay and would consider giving it another try next time. Thank you, Home Me Suites!
The hotel is located in a local area where residents gather, and unlike a tourist spot, you can walk around without being bothered by touts, which feels very safe. There are many local Filipino restaurants nearby, making it an excellent choice for travelers looking to experience authentic local food. Perhaps because I was on the top floor, the shower pressure was terrible, more like a drizzle, which was frustrating. I had to use the hand shower in the adjoining toilet to rinse off soap. There's no elevator, so you have to use the stairs, but if you have heavy luggage, the front desk staff will help carry it for you. As others have mentioned, be aware that you'll be charged a significant fee if you use the electric kettle, mugs, forks, or spoons provided in the room (so just don't use them if you want to avoid the charge). The best part, though, is having a private room at this price.

Super happy and satisfied namin. Pero over all stay namin is goods naman. Malinis. Kaya if balak niyo mag swimming contakin niyo agad yung unit owner para mabilis ang pag access niyo sa pool. Anyway thank you sa malinis na room.🩷

This was our second time here, which speaks volumes about how much we appreciate this place. The staff, as always, are incredibly welcoming, attentive, responsive, and friendly. The hotel is located right by the sea in a safe area with security and CCTV surveillance. There's no crime, loitering, or strangers on the street; it's very quiet and peaceful. The room is clean and spacious, with a view of the sea and a shopping mall. The air conditioning is quiet. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven store with all the essentials and snacks. On the 2nd and 3rd floors, you'll find a laundry room and a cafe. Seafood restaurants with sea views are within walking distance. Ayala Malls and SM are a short ride away, and there's a free shuttle bus available. Highly recommend!

The place as well as the admins are very welcoming, we definitely stay again in this place 🤓🙏 thanks for making our stay so comfortable and ease. God bless
I had a great stay in this hotel unit. It was clean, cozy, and well-organized. The amenities worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby places. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

The positive side about this hostel was the location in the city center with walking distance to LRT (Pedro Gill and Quirinto), Robinson Department Store, and also restaurants. The hostel should improve the cleanliness in toilets. The water pressure was so low that it's difficult to clean the body and the toilet itself and thus, the strong urine smell existed in every toilet. Although the hostel had banned smoking, there was no real enforcement and there were always violators. The worst was that there was a smoker in the dorm room with air conditioning. Besides, it was very noisy for the whole night for the dormitory on the 5th floor where the bar was located.

GGuest UserFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.
Sincerely,
Cheryl ********

- hot water shower
- aircon working well

Negatives:
- multiple cockroach found in room
- the location cam be hard to find
- few eating and coffee options in immediate vicinity of accomodation
- no plates, coffee/tea and cutlery available
GGuest UserWe arrived at the location just past midnight. Initially, our driver had trouble finding it because he mentioned that there are many red doors near Pasay. However, when I informed him that it was located right beside a 7/11 store, he was able to locate it.
Upon our arrival, we knocked on the gate, and a young man asked for the name on the booking. I provided my name, and he helped us carry our luggage upstairs. After that, he handed us a registration book and then gave us our room key.
Once we entered the room, we found it to be nice and clean. It features air conditioning, a table, chairs, two sets of plates and cups, a sink, and a hot and cold shower. While the place is comfortable, it has an apartment-like feel, so I hope there's some soundproofing between the rooms.
Overall, I think the place is good, and it's conveniently located near Terminal 2, only taking about 13 to 14 minutes to get there.
If ever, we have another late night flights, I will book here again.
Thank you!
P.S - outside, there is 7/11 beside the building and sa harap meron mga nagtitinda ng sopas, and other budget meal po.
JJhon_theGreatInitially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional.
In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately.
Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety.
GGlobeTrotterExtraordinaire”Staying at Rain Airport Bed and Breakfast Hotel was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm hospitality. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. The location was perfect for my early morning flight, and the shuttle service made it even more convenient. I highly recommend Rain Airport Bed and Breakfast Hotel for a pleasant stay near the airport!”
MMichelle Mademoiselle GancioThe room is clean. Ung TV lang malabo😊 The surrounding place is clean and quiet. Meron na man carienderia sa kanto na masarap ang ulam (para sa nagtitipid).
