The location is superb except there is no drop-off at front. The car can park 30 mins about 2 meter away from the front door. And there are many birds at front making it looks very dirty and non hygenic.
The room is big and nice. All promised amenities and machines are there.

最吸引我的是難得遇到的温馨浪漫的室內佈置，喜歡這個風格的人很推薦去體會！酒店位置也是一級棒，在美麗的波士頓花園邊上，離燈塔山富人區和繁華的newburry 街很近，步行就可以，真的很舒服，這片區沒有流浪漢，而且晚上極其安靜，可以享受睡眠。唯一需要注意的是衞生間是公用的，一層樓大概4户客人共用一個衞生間，肯定不是那麼方便的，講究衞生的人也需要考慮。但人家的價格是考慮了這個因素的，所以，喜歡的人推薦去。

I decided to go to see the Major League Baseball with my daughter and find a cheap hotel near Fenway Park and decide here. I was worried about security on my first trip to the United States, but the cityscape was calm and gentle, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. The building and rooms were nice. As in other word of mouth, it was difficult to bring large luggage up to the 4th floor without an elevator, but there was no problem because I was careful. Thank you for your kindness to the owner. I would like to stay here if I go to Boston again.

Clean, comfortable and excellent value for money. Proximity to local services and transport into central Boston was great. Some initial confusion re the precise location of the property was quite challenging when navigating data in another country. Nevertheless, the overall experience was very good. Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had more variety than expected, so I was able to have a filling meal every morning. Although the bathroom was shared, it was only among three rooms, so I rarely ran into anyone else. The location was especially great — perfect for sightseeing! They also stored my luggage after checkout, which made traveling much more convenient.

The Centerboard is a perfect place and has a wealth of history and heritage. The room was in perfect condition. The king bed was firm but also comfy and allowed me to sleep comfortably. The Porch was an excellent place to sit and plan our walks to the downtown area. Only 8-10 minutes away Gary & Zita

A home away from home! Some of the B&Bs I have stayed in are beautiful but not warm/inviting.. this place was both. Great location, beautiful grounds and outstanding hosts ( my sister and I could have talked to Lisa (host) and Paul ( owner) all day! We will be back! Thank you!!

My daughter and I went to watch a major league game, so we searched for a cheap hotel near Fenway Park and decided on this hotel. It was our first trip to America and we were worried about the safety, but the townscape was calm and the atmosphere was friendly, so we were able to stay there without worry. The building and the room were nice. As other reviews said, there was no elevator, so it was difficult to carry large luggage up to the 4th floor, but we were prepared for that so it wasn't a problem. The owner was very kind and we are very grateful. If we go to Boston again, we would like to stay here.
