The hotel is clean, the room service is friendly, the surrounding transportation is convenient, and shopping is also convenient. A very good experience. Although the room is not very big, it is clean and has complete facilities.

The owners were kind and professional. I did find a hair on my sheet from a head that certainly wasn't mine, which isn't that big of a deal but did ick me out a little. I had prepaid for a room with a shared bathroom for the floor and when I arrived, I was offered a room with a private bath for an extra fee. I didn't want to spend the extra money, but it would've been nice if they had offered it free seeing as it was empty anyway.

Lindo hotel, tranquilo, habitaciones comodas(aún las más chicas), buena ducha con agua bien caliente y…riquísimo desayuno incluido!!!! Es cerca caminando al centro, unas 15-20 cuadras pero que se hacen muy lindas para conocer la ciudad, hay una estación de metro a 3 cuadras

We arrived early, 8:00am, and we could check in because our rooms were ready! It was great after a red-eye flight.
We like the convenient location near the Logan Express bus stop and Berklee College of Music.
The room was small with all our luggage but it was very comfortable. It was our second time staying there and we'll be back again!

Was just in town for an overnighter and we were very pleased with the accommodations. We received a warm and wonderful greeting when we arrived, it was a very nice personal touch. Our ensuite room was very clean and comfortable.
