"We love everything about this hotel! It’s in a great location, close to reasonable garages for parking, and The Trophy Room has great food and drinks and wonderful bartenders. Highly recommend!"
"The staff member who checked me in was very kind and helpful — they assisted me with everything I asked for. We even had a small misunderstanding about the deposit payment, but together with the supervisor, they handled it in a way that minimized the issue for me, and I really appreciate that. Overall, the rooms were clean, and the hotel offered plenty of amenities. You can easily store your luggage before check-in and after check-out. Since I was staying alone, the room size was sufficient for me.
However, I absolutely disliked the location of my room — I’d rate it only 3 out of 10. It was right next to the shared bathroom, and I could hear flushing and shower sounds all night long, so I couldn’t fall asleep at all. When I went to the reception after midnight, the staff member on duty wasn’t helpful and told me there were no other rooms available, even though I saw the same room type listed as available on ***********.
Overall, I liked the hotel itself, but I was very dissatisfied with my room’s location and barely got any sleep because of the noise."
"Breakfast is quite nice. We enjoyed the waffles there.
Location is good. Walking distance to shuttle bus and orange line
Got changed to a quiter room when I complained about the loud and noisy neighbor.
Old amentities but generally clean."
"The location is particularly good and easy to travel. Hot chocolate is super delicious. The price is also moderate. Breakfast is a bit simple. can choose!"
"I get a free upgrade to single room which is nice. Yet one thing unacceptable is the staff open my door while I am sleeping, saying he doesn't realize this room is occupied.
Other than that, the room is clean and modern."
"This was my friend's favorite room during this trip to the US, and the price was quite reasonable. Compared to hotels in New York, this place was truly comfortable. It's small but exquisite; though the room is compact, it's fully equipped and very clean. The view from the scenic room was also excellent. The lobby is decorated very warmly, and there are many young people around. Breakfast was also quite rich. We were very satisfied and highly recommend it."
"I happened to be traveling during Independence Day, and hotel prices in the city skyrocketed, so I ended up staying here for a night. Given the price, my expectations weren't high. The room was essentially a dorm room with an inner window facing the hallway. The bathroom was quite small but clean. Breakfast was just some milk, cereal, and toast, which was fine since it was free.
The hotel's location is a bit out of the way, but there's a Green Line subway station nearby, making it convenient to get to the North End and Back Bay. There are also many beautiful large houses in the surrounding area, making you marvel at the enviable living conditions of Americans. Plus, the Kennedy birthplace is only a 10-minute walk away and is worth a quick visit if you have some spare time."
"Very good location right next to Quincy Market and a short and easy metro trip from the airport. The staff were very friendly.
The room was comfy and large. We booked the cabin room. One thing to note is that there are no windows in the cabin rooms."
"The hotel is in an excellent location, not far from MIT. There are many parents attending graduation ceremonies these days, and the hotel prices have risen, but the service quality is not satisfactory. Despite this, we will always remember the beautiful Charles River!"

Amazing
GGuest UserAmazing and beautiful inside this hotel. Our room was so clean and comfortable we were very happy with our stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, we were able to find our restaurant and concert venue with the directions from the staff. Also very friendly staff in the breakfast area and quick to clean the tables and add more food.
11391358****The room was quite spacious for American standards, and there are some good restaurants nearby. The overall location is a bit out of the way. Breakfast was simple but decent. They have hot water, which is a rare find in the US! There's also a well-stocked supermarket conveniently close by.
에에이미맘The room assigned to me upon arrival was not cleaned, so I had to wait to be assigned another room, which was inconvenient, and the fact that the cleaning was not done thoroughly was unfortunate.
I would have been upset if I had thought it would be as hygienic as Korea.
They cleaned the room every day, but they didn't change the blankets.
They just re-set them.
So there were hairs and cookie crumbs in the blankets. 🥲
I didn't want them to fight, so I cleaned them up~^^

GGuest UserWe have booked 2 rooms to attend our daughter’s graduation. Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Was particularly impressed with housekeeping staff. Everyday we come back from a well cleaned room. There was one day when we were still in when the housekeeping staff came around and we told her to come back 2 hours later to do the cleaning and she did. Super efficient! Other staff from other departments that we come in contact with - the reception, the concierge were all very attentive and friendly making our stay truly enjoyable.

YYujianjianghuThe hygiene is OK, not bad.
The environment is average, close to the airport, a little far from the city. If you want to find living facilities such as convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding area, you have to walk 11 or 12 minutes to the nearest Oriental Heights Station, so if you don't want to walk, you can only eat in the store.
There is nothing to complain about the service.
The facilities are always Hilton style, and there is not even a bottle of free drinking water. The only thing worth praising is that there is a free shuttle bus to the airport from 4 am, which runs every ten minutes, so you don't need to take a taxi, otherwise it will cost more than ten dollars. , There is no slippers in the place
ZZILIThis Indigo should have just been renovated last year, and Apple's own map shows Holiday Choice. I have stayed a lot at Intercontinental / Crown / Holiday / Smart Choice. This is my first time staying at Indigo. Some places around are under maintenance and a little messy, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets. Get a staple drink for breakfast, a small portion and a bad attitude.
There is no garden around this hotel. Why is it called Garden? Because next to TD Garden, which is also the home field of basketball and ice hockey teams, concerts are also held, the price changes a lot, there are often no rooms when there are activities, and it is noisy after leaving at night. It is also next to the North Railway Station and the subway station, but to go to New York from South Station. There is a parking lot and valet parking at the entrance of the hotel.
Unfortunately, when I checked in, it was 5 ° C outside, and I changed to the fourth room to heat up. When your room has a small air conditioner as shown in Figure 4, the large air conditioner is likely to be bad, and the small air conditioner may also be bad, much colder than the hallway. The front desk will let people repair it. (Fake decoration) If it is not repaired, it will help you to change. The attitude is good, but I suspect that they already know which rooms have bad air conditioning. The cleaning staff speaks Spanish, not English at all, and requires software translation.
In short, you don't need to live here if you don't want to watch the game nearby.

HHi there!Location of hotel is great! Near to Newbury shopping street and Prudential subway station. Hotel is clean and staff were friendly and helpful! Room was spacious and housekeeping was good too. Only negative experience was I can hear other guest rooms doors opening and slamming close early in the morning. Other than that, my entire experience was awesome in the very comfortable room!
CChelsea inThe hotel was fine, it is in a great location and has everything you need but nothing special.
The bathroom wasn’t 100% clean and the room could do with some updated finishes

GGuest UserLocated right in seaport, newish neighborhood walking distance from lots of major points in the city, harbor, north end, etc. Front desk was kind and welcoming. Room was clean and modern, fun lights to control the colors. I booked a corner queen so it was a tad bigger but as expected these are micro hotel rooms so much smaller than average, no fridge or microwave in room. The bed for sure did not feel like a queen size however. They definitely need some type of shelving in the showers if you use your own toiletries, absolutely nowhere to place them. Also the shower door leaks terribly, although the floor to the bathroom area is completely water proof, it still made a mess. The bathroom and bed areas are just separated by a curtain, and the wall to the shower and toilet is just a clear glass panel.
GGuest UserI booked the Kimpton Nine Zero hotel and apparently it was bought out about 10 days ago with no notice from Trip.com; but the staff are apparently the same during the transition so it was a bit insane that I pre-paid this stay on Ctrip and was immediately charged the full amount AGAIN of my stay at pre-check-in (not even room ready yet check-in) then charged the ENTIRE STAY again at 6pm on day of check-out even though I checked out at 7am that day and was reassured yet again all my charges would ”fall off” and I would NOT be charged again. So this stay ended up costing me $1500 frozen in my account at one point for a $425 stay that was prepaid. The front office could definitely use some improvements as most people don't have an extra $1000 lying around to have frozen for no reason :(
