Hyatt Regency Boston

Arrived at the hotel around noon. The lobby is on the third floor, and check-in went pretty smoothly; my room was ready by lunchtime. The room was tidy, but there were some stains on the sheets. Toiletries were provided, but no toothbrush, slippers, or bottled water. You can get water yourself from the lobby on the third floor. Breakfast is also opposite the lobby, though it's a bit inconvenient that you have to sign every time you have the included breakfast. The location is quite good; you can walk to Chinatown for easy access to Chinese food, and Boston Common is right next door. The staff were also reasonably friendly.

The room was spacious and the bedding was comfortable. It's about a 7-8 minute walk to Boston Common. For an average of 2500 a night in Boston, this is a reasonable price. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The location is very central, close to major attractions like Central Park. The facilities are a bit old. However, there's one thing I must specifically commend. On July 17th, when I checked out at noon, I left an electric blender bottle (for protein shakes) in the room. I was in a hurry, so I just mentioned what I'd left behind and then left. Unexpectedly, the gentleman on duty at the concierge desk found the bottle within minutes and even chased us down the main road to return it to us. He said that since we were heading to the south station for the train, we'd likely pass by that way. This efficiency, this thoughtfulness, and this service are absolutely amazing! 👍

The room's location is excellent. It's just two streets away from TD Garden, and both the Red and Green subway lines are right next door, which is super convenient. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, and the breakfast is good too. Staying here means you can explore downtown Boston on foot every day. Plus, you see airline crews checking in downstairs daily, which is a nice touch.

The room was nice, the service was great, and the location was convenient for getting around. The only issue was the very noisy plumbing system. Whenever another room used water, there was a constant noise. The refrigerator was also loud, but I was able to unplug it. Other than that, everything was good and worth the stay.

Great location right in the city center, and Chinatown is just next door, which makes finding food super convenient. The room was pretty standard, nothing special. There's parking available downstairs. The only downside was that the price was way too high during the World Cup. Otherwise, everything else was good.

The room was spacious and bright, and the location was excellent – very convenient for getting around. It's just a few minutes to the South Station, and Boston Common is within walking distance. Chinatown is right next door, and it's very close to the subway station. Coffee and hot water are available in the lobby.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. They even offered a complimentary local clam soup, which was wonderfully warming. On our last day, they provided a free extra bed for my child, which was fantastic. The baggage room staff also gave excellent advice on choosing an Uber for our luggage, making it easy to fit everything into one car. I would definitely come back again! 😄
