GGuest UserI had the pleasure of staying at this brand new hotel, and it truly exceeded expectations. The facility is modern and spotless, but the real highlight is the staff—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. When I struggled with the coffee machine in my room, someone was there in minutes to guide me through it with a smile.
A special shout-out to Erin, who went above and beyond. Not only did she surprise me for my birthday (such a thoughtful touch!), but she also gave me fantastic local tips and advice. Thanks to her, I discovered Ruka—an amazing restaurant I highly recommend. She also helped me plan my first walk around Harvard Campus, which was a highlight of my trip.
The location is perfect, right next to Harvard Business School with a lovely view. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers warmth, efficiency, and a great setting. I’ll definitely be back!

TTang0591Overall, I was very satisfied with the service. They even offered a complimentary local clam soup, which was wonderfully warming. On our last day, they provided a free extra bed for my child, which was fantastic. The baggage room staff also gave excellent advice on choosing an Uber for our luggage, making it easy to fit everything into one car. I would definitely come back again! 😄

NNokThe location is superb except there is no drop-off at front. The car can park 30 mins about 2 meter away from the front door. And there are many birds at front making it looks very dirty and non hygenic.
The room is big and nice. All promised amenities and machines are there.
