After exiting Terminal E, take the escalator up one level, then another elevator, and you'll spot the hotel's signage. Just follow the signs from there. I arrived around 12 PM, and the check-in process was smooth in the spacious lobby. The room was relatively clean; thankfully, I didn't encounter the hygiene issues mentioned in some reviews, so I guess I got lucky! 😄 The only downside is the poor soundproofing. The guests next door checked in even later than us, and I could hear their conversations clearly, which disturbed my rest.

Arrived in Boston late at night and checked into the Hilton, only to pull back the covers and find the sheets looking exactly as pictured. recently stayed at Hilton Boston Logan Airport and had a very convenient experience overall. The biggest advantage is the direct connection to Logan Airport through the covered skywalk, which made traveling with luggage and catching an early flight extremely easy. It took quite a while to figure out how to get there from the terminal (you must take elevator to different floor), but once you know it, it’s quite convenient to stay in this airport hotel (esp easy walk to Terminal C & E).
We had less than 24 hours in Boston and not renting a car, so we opt for airport hotel since there is free airport shuttle bus to Blue line & Silver line to go to city, and we dont plan to get up early the next day for departure. It takes 10 minutes walk to terminal E. Might be a bit difficult for those who drag heavy luggages on the carpet area though.
Uber is easy and Boston city hotels is not too far too, so it is really about price & preference. We booked at the rate it offered more value than other further airport hotels.
Service is great, room & amenities is standard. Beware their fridge is for non-perishable items!! (canned drinks will survive, but not your juice & milk!)
