Amazing
GGaileyBeeA clean hotel with comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was good, although such a terrible waste using plastic cutlery and cups as well as paper plates and cups, not great for the environment at all. Nice downstairs area to socialise in the evening. It would have been nice to have been told on check in about the free food available on Wednesday evening, with crackers, cheese, salad, soup, cookies, beer and soft drinks rather than stumble upon it 5 minutes before it stopped and therefore miss out. The same goes for the free coffee that is available all day and only finding out about it not long before leaving.. Didn't use the swimming pool as was rather crowded already when we went there. The gym was spacious and welll equipped. No flexibility on a later check out, with check out being 11am which is early for a hotel of this size. Location wise we walked or took the local buses which was fine but you are some distance out of the city which might not suit some.

BBandengThe hotel I booked for Boston Marathon is a little off the beaten track. The hotel itself is pretty good, big and new. There is a Starbucks downstairs. The room is cleaned promptly every day, which is rare in the United States.

WWen090You can take the Silver Line from the airport to the hotel, which is free. You can see the hotel when you get off at the Silver Line Way station. There is a Starbucks downstairs, and there are many good restaurants nearby. It is also nice to walk around the nearby port area. The front desk service is very good. I said I was used to drinking hot water, so they sent a kettle.

RRanranletaotaoIt's a long weekend in Boston, so hotel prices were higher than usual. However, choosing this hotel paid off, as both the ambiance and the room were significantly better. It seems all hotels have carpets, which makes dragging heavy luggage after a long trip particularly cumbersome! This time, I was finally given a room closer to the elevator, and the city-view room I booked offered excellent panoramic views of the city. My only complaint, though, is that for a room costing over $2000 a night, they don't provide complimentary bottled water. You either need to be a member or pay an additional $5 per bottle!

Zzwk1029I stay at this hotel every time I take a flight. The parking lot is large and there is no charge if you don't stay overnight, so it is very convenient to return the rental car, take the hotel car back to the hotel, and then take the hotel car to the airport the next day. However, the only downside is that there is no water or coffee available in the lobby in the afternoon, which is very uncommon in the United States.

OORRAYA SUVAPHROMrecently stayed at Hilton Boston Logan Airport and had a very convenient experience overall. The biggest advantage is the direct connection to Logan Airport through the covered skywalk, which made traveling with luggage and catching an early flight extremely easy. The location is perfect for transit stays or overnight layovers. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet despite being near the airport. I also liked the nice city and runway views. Staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were well maintained. The only downside was that food and drinks at the hotel were quite expensive, and dining options nearby are limited because it is located inside the airport area. Some parts of the hotel also feel slightly dated compared to newer hotels in Boston. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel for anyone needing convenience, comfort, and quick airport access, especially for early morning flights or short stays in Boston.

AAddicted to TravelThe location of the hotel cannot be beat. Unfortunately our room had a few faults. The AC unit was extremely loud. The motor on the fridge was also very noisy. It made sleep a bit difficult. Our unit faces the loading bay of the healthcare center next door. So each morning, we are awakened by the early shift’s arrival. The free breakfast was good for the first couple days. But the lack of variety after one week was a bit disappointing. There is a Star Market and a Target not too far away from the hotel.

GGuest UserOverall a good experience for a pricey hotel in Boston. I think they are all quite expensive. Nice hotel and staff. Food and bar good. Liked the “free” tea/coffee, water and snacks, and rooftop pool and bar. I think that’s why they charge an amenity fee. No smoking at the rooftop pool/bar which was a pain. They should set aside a small corner for smokers as it’s outside after all.  I think the bathroom/shower facilities could be updated. The functioning of it seemed outdated and tricky to work. We only had a trickle of cold water coming out of our sink tap which was annoying. Overall though a good experience for our 3 nights in Boston.

TTrip saverCredits for food variety for the morning bf , complimentary snacks upon check in and free evening reception and free shuttle service to and from airport. Disappointed with reception poor services. Prepaid 3 nites room charges but only activated my room card for a night. Felt bad especially we had a day out coming back exhausted during night unable to enter the room, need to walk down and request for the key update which experienced unfriendly and rude management staff without apologies for the incident happen, in return asking back, what do you want me to do now? shouldn’t
