I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights. 5 of them were deducted from my credit card late at night. Tomorrow morning, I asked why the money was deducted. The answer was the deposit. I don’t understand why the deposit is not a one-time deduction. Knowing that I want to make a bewildered account, I want to fish in troubled waters when refunding money

What a great weekend with our family at Homewood Suites! The rooms were immaculate and perfectly situated for our family of 14. We loved the pool space, the great variety of breakfast options included each day, and the overall friendliness and attentiveness of the guest services team who helped us.

The property was great. Our room was amazing, we got an upgrade by Calvin (thank you it was amazing) the kitchen was so helpful to heat food for my little guy and to have stuff in the fridge.
Things I didn’t like were the parking was $60 a night, that is absurd, ant the other option was a parking close by where you pay $between $25 or $50 but you had to be out at 5am, so I had no option but to park at the hotel.

Staff and stay was amazing. We stayed there a year ago On the night we get married and the receptionist Carmen remembered us. She was super friendly and gave us a complimentary wedding anniversary gift. Calvin, the manager was amazing as well. Super super amazing. The staff went beyond our expectations. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Will definitely return

Wonderfully helpful staff made us feel welcome and at home. The suites are light and comfortable. Great breakfast options. Quite a distance to downtown Boston but there are some decent restaurants and bars within a 5-10 minute walk.
