Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, and the room layout is very well designed. Room service is prompt, and the front desk and doorman provided excellent service.

The hotel front desk staff provided extremely poor service. Our reservation included breakfast, but they overcharged us by more than $400. It took them a long time to figure it out and they finally apologized. I needed to add another night, and even though the pre-authorization was in place, they still needed to swipe the authorization button again. The price for the extra night was $1200. Their attitude was very bad.

Very nice hotel, the guy at the front desk is from Shanghai, very professional and handsome. He took the initiative to help order lunch. The afternoon tea on the first floor is very good. I made an appointment with friends to have afternoon tea together. It feels similar to the Peninsula Shanghai. I didn't read the menu carefully and ordered an ice cream. Ahaha, in the end, the whole afternoon tea was not charged. I'm really sorry.

Not bad, but breakfast is expensive
