GGuest UserAmazing and beautiful inside this hotel. Our room was so clean and comfortable we were very happy with our stay. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, we were able to find our restaurant and concert venue with the directions from the staff. Also very friendly staff in the breakfast area and quick to clean the tables and add more food.

JJeffreyH2The Verb Hotel is one of a kind hotel. Located right next to the legendary Fenway Park, it has its own vibe and nice amenities. I love all the old school records and had an opportunity to catch up with Prince, Bob Dylan among others. The deco is retro which is really nice and fitting. I also enjoyed the 24 hour hot and cold coffee on tab. Staffs are super friendly. Everything looks and feels clean. The restaurant onsite and nearly are decent.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in South Boston, with shopping malls nearby. The hotel environment is also OK, but it feels a bit messy and there are a lot of homeless people around. I don't dare to walk out, so I don't dare to walk to public transportation. It's OK to take a taxi to downtown, Harvard, and MIT for more than 20 yuan. Parking in the city is not convenient, and there is a two-hour limit on street parking, which is quite torturous. It is better to go by public transportation.

The environment is average, close to the airport, a little far from the city. If you want to find living facilities such as convenience stores and restaurants in the surrounding area, you have to walk 11 or 12 minutes to the nearest Oriental Heights Station, so if you don't want to walk, you can only eat in the store.
There is nothing to complain about the service.
The facilities are always Hilton style, and there is not even a bottle of free drinking water. The only thing worth praising is that there is a free shuttle bus to the airport from 4 am, which runs every ten minutes, so you don't need to take a taxi, otherwise it will cost more than ten dollars. , There is no slippers in the place

There is breakfast, although the variety is not very rich, but basically everything is available, the nutrition is definitely balanced. What satisfies me most is that there is hot water, which can be obtained at the front desk at any time throughout the day. The location is also very good, there are many buses around, and it is not far from the Orange Line subway station, which is very convenient for travel. There is a large supermarket across the street downstairs, which has all kinds of daily necessities. The staff are very friendly and the service is also in place. Highly recommended.

Most importantly, the hotel's location is conveniently adjacent to the Longwood Medical Area and Metro transportation. It is beneficial for anyone who visit the Longwood area.

KKeiko ParkThis hotel was pretty good. The staff were kind. They let me know this is a new hotel, so they are still working out some kinks. There was some difficulty with check-in due to their computer system. Besides that, there were no issues. The heat worked well, which was a relief. There is no youtube or netflix on the tv, which I was not used to, but there was cable so we did watch some tv.
