Home2 Suites by Hilton Boston South Bay

We had a pleasant stay overall at the Home2 Suites Southbay, mainly because the room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The hotel’s location is also fantastic and incredibly convenient for running errands or grabbing a bite to eat. It is right near major shopping like Walmart, Marshalls, and Best Buy, and there are plenty of dining options close by, including Kura Sushi, Chipotle, Olive Garden, and Applebee’s. We also appreciated the convenient on-site laundry and the complimentary breakfast, which was simple but perfectly fine to get the day started. The only area that could use some improvement was our check-in experience. The front reception staff was a bit brief and missed sharing some of the standard hotel details with us. We weren't given information regarding breakfast hours or checkout times, so we had to look things up or ask later. It is a wonderful, clean hotel in a prime spot, and just a little more proactive communication at the front desk would make it a flawless stay.

Hotel had great space for 3 adults. I liked that the beds were comfortable and the location was around 10min taxi journey into downtown Boston. My only complaint would be that the breakfast options was very basic and the room service was earlier compared to other hotels which I've stayed in.

Very nice rooms, spacious home away from home. Nice big windows very close to shopping area plenty of parking.

The food was fine, but the waffle was so good. It’s just a basic waffle however everyone seemed really enjoyed.

Very Good location, close to transport. Around shopping centre, supermarket and restaurants. Big room.

I had a great day here in this hotel. I like the buffet style American breakfast but I prefer the menu to have bacons.
