Breakfast has always been the same, taste can be, mainly you can cook yourself, free parking, close to the subway station, Wal-Mart, IKEA, easy to go out and buy things.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights recently on our holiday to Canada, travelling from the UK visiting family in Aurora and Newmarket. Absolutely perfect, location, comfort, spot on. Lovely room, comfy bed, great shower. Yeah it’s only a two star and could do with an update but it felt homely. Tim Hortons coffee machine in the reception area ( need coffee before breakfast). Lovely. If, ( when🤞)we return to Canada we will absolutely stay here again, perfect. Thank you.

The front desk staff was not familiar with what he’s doing and needed help from the other lady, She came to help with checking in but was so rude…the whole process took literally 20 mins , because when the told me to insert the credit card, the machine beeped and quit. She first said “you don’t use debit!” I told her this is a credit card, then she said “you should insert instead of tap! Insert!” The I said “I did insert!” She rolled her eyes and replied “it says ‘bad tap’ because you tapped!” I was like ***!? I didn’t say anything because I had my kids with me! After another 5 mins waiting, I didn’t even say anything. she rolled her eyes on me and said “ just wait , ok?” I guess this is the last time I’m staying at this hotel.

This hotel was fabulous from the pleasant check-in experience to the lovely breakfast the following morning. My expectations were exceeded. The room was spacious and immaculate, parking and wifi were included and the selection of hot and cold items for the complimentary breakfast were abundant and delicious. I will stay here again for sure on a future trip to Toronto!

Safe Secure sanitized Pristine Facilities. Very Friendly Front Desk staff...Ivy was as amazing as ever wearing full protective face mask and gloves. So happy pool and fitness center were open. Took a open shared shower each time before swimming. So quickly squeezed bikini dry after shower and put it back on. Pizza Nova Delivery is placed in hallway so no touch service. 305 is a 2 room suite with Whirlpool separate to vanity area. Beautyrest Signature Matress gave the best ride of my life and provided a deep quiet sleep. Will be back late October and Early November for additional electrifying recharging. Suzy is very grateful to Edward Village Hotel, my Vacation Home just down the road.

The building exterior looked like it needed an update, but you can tell the rooms have been upgraded and really, that’s what mattered for me and my family. Laminate / hardwood floors are a plus - no gross carpet. The staff were kind and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The kids enjoyed making their own waffles.

I’m appalled! Im a member of Marriott, so I chose to stay in this hotel every single time when I was in the area. Lately my experience with this hotel has been terrible! Last time they charged me $250 because someone reported my dog attacked a kid! They didn’t even investigate it until I called 6 times!(the girl worked at the front desk told me the manager will be there in 1-2 hours so I left my number. A few hours later I called to ask, I called the wrong number so it went to booking depar**ent, I explained what happened and asked to be transferred to front desk girl, because she is the one charged me $250. And guess what! Instead of talking to me, she made the booking depar**ent lady to tell me”She said that the manager will call you as soon as he’s back” I insisted on checking the security cameras and there were nobody got attacked!!! got my money back and their explanation was”someone too advantage of the hotel for a free night.”. So they made me pay for the night??? And I don’t even know why I stayed here again last night! I couldn’t believe my eyes ! What is going on with this duvet??!!!! I didn’t want to have any trouble with people when I’m traveling by myself so I only requested for another blanket, but it never came, so I spent a night without blanket. I was going to show the front desk these pics but my phone was dead and I was in rush to go to my appoin**ent. Anyways I’m done with this hotel!
