All the hotels in Deyang are relatively good. Except for the room which has a slight smell which is probably caused by the carpet when you first enter it, other facilities are fine. There is also a balcony with a view of the river. When you check in, the front desk asked you to write down your license plate number on the registration form, saying it is an enrollment system. It is really convenient. However, when you check out the next day, the hotel still showed a charge. I guess they forgot to record it. Fortunately, there was someone at the door who let you in after understanding the situation without any delay.

I didn't expect to see cockroaches in it when I opened it the next day! ! I called the front desk and no one came to deal with it. Later, someone from the service center came and took the box away and said sorry that cockroaches might have crawled in. 🪳 But the cockroaches were frozen in the ice cubes. How could they crawl in? They were clearly in the ice cube water all the time. The cleaning staff thought I found cockroaches in the ice container, so they calmly brought insecticide? ? I was so confused at the time. Do cockroaches often appear in the room? ? No one really solved the problem until I left. After I went to the front desk to report it, a manager called me and said he brought something to comfort me. After I went back, he kept apologizing and said that he would punish the relevant employees. He didn't know why such a problem occurred. He kept smiling and hoped that I would accept the apology. To be honest, I was not satisfied with this series of rhetoric and the so-called old-fashioned suggestion that the employee whose salary was deducted because the cockroach appeared in the ice cube that day should be compensated for upgrading my room. I didn't feel comfortable or sincere in normal conversations. This pot of ice was not as simple as a cockroach crawling in. I even doubted what kind of water it was. There were so many white and flesh-colored residues in it. I felt that it was dirtier and more disgusting than the water used to throw a rag. Finally, I said I didn't want anything else. Give me an upgrade to a suite. After all, I still have to stay for the last night and I don't want to change rooms. I don't want to go through the trouble of checking or anything else. It's disgusting. What else can I do? If it were Beijing, the cockroach would really be the end. The upgrade was not so smooth. It took a long time to communicate and I looked at the room twice. I first got a smart room, then a suite, and finally it was changed. It's been half a month since the incident, and it's still awkward. This is the actual situation. I can't comment on whether the hotel is good or not. After all, the experience of staying here has been good. I can only say that it looks good on the surface, but I have to question whether the service is really online behind the scenes, whether the sheets are really washed and disinfected every day, whether the cups are really wiped with a clean cloth, whether the toilet seat is cleaned and disinfected, everything has to be questioned

I like the hotel lobby for this small house. It feels very warm to turn on the lights. I asked the front desk and said that it was bought by Chengdu Yijia. It was not on the way. The breakfast in this hotel is delicious, the waiters in the restaurant are very enthusiastic, the front desk girl is cute, the hygiene is clean and tidy, and the surrounding area is very convenient. The location is very good, close to Metro and Yonghui Supermarket. I like staying in this hotel and will come again next time.
