As soon as I entered the door to register, I received a snack gift box. (I was eaten by the children and didn't take pictures) The staff was really intimate and warm! All the hotels in Deyang are relatively good. Except for the room which has a slight smell which is probably caused by the carpet when you first enter it, other facilities are fine. There is also a balcony with a view of the river. When you check in, the front desk asked you to write down your license plate number on the registration form, saying it is an enrollment system. It is really convenient. However, when you check out the next day, the hotel still showed a charge. I guess they forgot to record it. Fortunately, there was someone at the door who let you in after understanding the situation without any delay.

I stayed here for the second time after the Chinese New Year. This time I stayed for quite a long time. I extended my room twice. When I checked in, the lady at the front desk upgraded my room and gave me breakfast for one person. I thought it was pretty good. There was a night bed every day, and there were new welcome fruits. I was satisfied in all aspects, and there was nothing wrong with the room. I was also satisfied when I ordered ice cubes at night, which was within my expectations. I didn't expect it to be so disgusting on the last night. I also ordered ice cubes after the restaurant closed, and a box of ice cubes was delivered. When I drank it that night, I saw a lot of residue and felt that the ice cubes were not clean. I wondered if the ice cubes were frozen with tap water. I didn't expect to see cockroaches in it when I opened it the next day! ! I called the front desk and no one came to deal with it. Later, someone from the service center came and took the box away and said sorry that cockroaches might have crawled in. 🪳 But the cockroaches were frozen in the ice cubes. How could they crawl in? They were clearly in the ice cube water. The cleaning staff thought I found cockroaches in the ice container, so they calmly brought insecticide? ? I was wondering at the time, do cockroaches often appear in the room? ? No one really solved it until I left. After I went to the front desk to report it, a manager called me and said that he brought something to comfort me. After I went back, he kept apologizing and said that he would punish the relevant responsible employees. I don’t know why such a problem occurred. He kept smiling and hoped that I would accept the apology. To be honest, I am not satisfied with this series of rhetoric and the so-called old-fashioned suggestion that the employee whose mentor’s cockroach appeared in the ice cube that day should be deducted from his salary to compensate me for upgrading my room. I don’t feel comfortable or sincere in normal conversations. This pot of ice is not as simple as cockroaches crawling in. I even doubt what kind of water it is. There are so many white and flesh-colored ** in it. I think it is dirtier and more disgusting than the water used to throw the rag. Finally, I said I don’t want anything else. Give me a suite upgrade. After all, I still have to stay for the last night and don’t want to change rooms. I don’t want to go through the trouble of checking or anything else. It’s disgusting. What else can I do? If it were Beijing, the cockroach would really be the end. The upgrade was not so smooth. It took a long time to communicate and I looked at the room twice. I first got a smart room, then a suite, and finally it was changed. It's been half a month since the incident, and it's still awkward. This is the actual situation. I can't comment on whether the hotel is good or not. After all, the experience of staying here has been good. I can only say that it looks good on the surface, but I have to question whether the service is really online behind the scenes, whether the sheets are really washed and disinfected every day, whether the cups are really wiped with a clean cloth, whether the toilet seat is cleaned and disinfected, everything has to be questioned

Service: I have never seen such a bad service attitude at the front desk. It was a young lady wearing glasses and short hair! The whole process of checking in and getting a parking ticket was a very poor experience. 1. I checked in first and asked for two room cards. I was told that I needed two ID cards to get two room cards (I have never heard this requirement in other hotels). Later, my friend came and checked in with her ID card. , the receptionist didn’t look carefully at all, thinking that I was bringing my ID card to register again, and threw my friend’s ID card to the front desk (with a very arrogant attitude), and said, “You can’t use the same ID card.” I My friend and I were confused. 2. I drove out of the hotel that night (around eight o'clock) and asked for a parking ticket. The breakfast in this hotel is delicious, the waiters in the restaurant are very enthusiastic, the front desk girl is cute, the hygiene is clean and tidy, and the surrounding area is very convenient. The location is very good, close to Metro and Yonghui Supermarket. I like staying in this hotel and will come again next time.

This is a very comfortable hotel that looks very refreshing. The price is high. The first time Xichang to Deyang, it feels very nice.

Stayed as a couple late September. Good location near the drum tower. Climb the stairs for a good workout; you can climb right to the top of the drum tower for a great view. Bus #12 stops right outside the hotel, first stop after turning right from the main street. The street it's on is reasonably busy, but quitens down at night. Check in was straight forward, including the travel form of where you came from, going to next and what you are doing in Deyang. Hotel kept fairly clean, considering it's an older hotel where not everything is pristine. Room contains slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste, shower cap, etc. Not much in the way of amenities; a foyer, a lift, a room. A Chinese breakfast is included in the price, and it seems a lunch and a dinner. I had the basic breakfast. I advise you to check the rooms first; the ones near the lift are a bit noisy, but some rooms absolutely reek of cigarettes and other odours. All in all, a good value hotel; we would stay again
