The mobile phone had no signal and could not book a room. When I could book a room, I quickly booked the room. I didn't know until I arrived at the hotel at night. It turned out that the hotel did not have an elevator, but our elderly could not be in a wheelchair. I went to see the room. The sanitary conditions and the facilities of the room were very satisfactory. It was a bit troublesome to have no elevator. My brother found a room on the first floor of a hotel. We wanted to go there. However, Ctrip said that the time was timed and the order could not be cancelled. I contacted the hotel and the boss answered the phone. She listened to me for the reason. She didn't say anything. I added WeChat and returned the cost of my stay in the room. I am very comfortable in my heart and feel that the hotel owner is really reasonable. So I think I must give this hotel owner a thumbs up! Also give the hotel a good review!

But one thing, I don't know why, the cold water in the tap pipe is particularly dirty! Because the check-in was late, I didn't find the front desk to solve it. Very sorry! I hope the hotel will repair it so that later guests will not suffer.
