We arrived and there was a problem with the guests who had to go out, and they had everything already solved. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.

Just back from a 16 night stay at Florimar. Lovely hotel. The staff were all amazing and very friendly. We had a slight problem on arrival when our pool and sea view room wasn't ready so we were given a room overlooking the road for one night. To be honest it was a very spacious room with TV in the bedroom as well as the lounge and would have been more than happy with it. We were relocated the following day and given complimentary breakfast and dinner vouchers as we were self catering and a fruit plate in our new room. Really can't fault the hotel. Clean and quiet in a great location with several really good restaurants minutes away. Would definitely recommend and return.

The hotel is beautiful and our was super. Beds are very comfortable and the air-conditioning efficient and quiet. We had a bath tub and walk-in shower with lovely toiletries. The hotel is quiet and well maintained, a very special destination. Breakfast in the garden is quite magical with a good selection of hot and cold food to choose from. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the general manager is charming. Nothing to dislike - everything to love...
