Notwithstanding, the cleanliness, effective air conditioning, and tidy bathroom facilities do offer a sanctuary from Kochi’s relentless humidity. Transitioning from the room to the hotel’s culinary offerings, the experience at Pearlspot, the in-house seafood restaurant, was less than stellar. The prawn dishes, expected to be a highlight, fell short in flavor and portion size, not aligning with the ambiance or expectations set by the locale.
