We were a group of friends going on our first post-covid vacation together. We were the first guests for the season & from the warmest welcome smile that we received, we knew that we were going to be treated well. The staff are absolutely amazing & was always at our service! The chef & team are ever ready to help us out. The chef had prepared some scrumptious mouth watering meals for us. They were also very concerned about the 2.5 year old with us & made sure that his food was prepared early. The villa itself was super gorgeous & breathtaking! The pool & the views were just amazing! There's plenty of lounging space for everyone. The place is well maintained and super clean & everything still looks brand new! We are eagerly looking forward to coming back! A huge Thank you to the staff and the management team for accommodating our requests. The pictures & the review posted here doesn't do justice, so you have to visit Villa46 and experience it ! We recently stayed 11 days at this hotel and it did not disappoint. All of the members of staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need. The decor of the hotel is lovely, full of character and immaculately clean. We had a ground floor suite which was stunning. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes and all the meals that we had were excellent. After visiting other hotels in the area we definitely felt that we had made the right choice. Fantastic for a relaxing holiday for all of the family! Thank you to everyone at Suite Lanka for helping us make fabulous memories.

Since our planned accommodation was out of the question at short notice, we found the Cozy Sea View Inn via ************ and had our tuk tuk driver drop us off there. We received a warm welcome and were able to choose one after viewing two rooms. We chose one on the ground floor with a small terrace. The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped and smelled very good. There was a fitness studio right next to our room, which can be used by hotel guests. We didn't take advantage of this, but we still thought it was a great opportunity. The manager Rajesh was very friendly and helpful. When he found out that we wanted to travel further to Unawatuna, he offered to take us with him since one of his drivers had to go that direction anyway. The location of the hotel, on a side street off the main street, was also ideal for us. The beach was within a few minutes' walk, as was a huge selection of restaurants and other shopping opportunities. We were really happy about our spontaneous stroke of luck and would love to come back.

The villa complex with the restaurant pool and spa occupies a slope of altitude in the distance of the sea and the vault.From the top, the view of the jungle and rice fields is open. The space inside is thought out with a fine taste and sense . By passing the huge gate of the stone wall you get into a special world where everything is happening for you and for your comfort and pleasure. Excellent food, children refused to have dinner elsewhere, well we were not against. Spa procedure at the highest level. The massage was done to me by Dulib, he was doing yoga classes in the morning. I thought to take him with me;). Our Butler Taranga is a very pleasant man-a good, the children loved him. Jesse is a local polyglot, though not our batter, very helpful in the case, for example, took us to the dive club and traded on the market. Managing Umberto, an Italian with a special view of what service should be in the hotel. He is constantly and unintrusively present somewhere near that is not normal . Having accompanied us at 5 a.m. Everything and in everybody feels a special approach and attitude towards your person! Cooks, rumservices, even cleaners and guards are very friendly and create an atmosphere of the highest comfort.

What a place! We couldn’t be happier! Sri Lanka is just full of friendly people but the friendliest might just be the ones running this hotel. Besides the sweet staff (who threw a birthday-party and spoiled our 8 year old all day) the location of this hotel is obviously amazing. Beach, waves, surfing, snorkling, sunsets. We also loved the food and its variety. Barely went anywhere else to eat during our week in Hikkaduwa. The restaurant feels like a cozy beachlife livingroom. The room had all we wanted and needed, including good wifi. If we go back to Sri Lanka we will definitely go here again. Strongly recommend this place!

The hotel, to put it mildly, is very tired, the elevator has not been working for a very long time, there is no cleaning in the room, you have to ask to change the towels, if you throw them on the floor this does not guarantee a replacement, they will pick you up, fold them and put them on the bed... During the season, breakfast is a buffet and they are not bad, but in the off-season the breakfasts are very meager... The coffee is simply disgusting, I have never encountered worse anywhere... But all the shortcomings of the hotel are offset by its location! The best beach, beautiful ocean! And you can simply close your eyes to all the shortcomings and enjoy your vacation! By the way, there are only 10 sun loungers in the hotel, keep in mind...
