It is a must-see for those who love Chinese history and culture and those who like to climb mountains. The hostel is far away from the hustle and bustle of the city and is also suitable for those who love nature and enjoy the quiet countryside. The famous Tian Tan Buddha, Po Lin Monastery and Heart Sutra Forest are all within easy reach. The Phoenix Mountain facing the hostel is 934 meters above sea level and is a great place to watch the sunrise (it takes 1 hour and 30 minutes to reach the top). If you want to stroll around Ngong Ping Market or try the Ngong Ping Cable Car, the journey will only take a few dozen minutes. The hostel is currently open seven days a week. Members are kindly requested to make reservations in advance.
From Tung Chung: Take bus No. 23 from Tung Chung Bus Terminal to Ngong Ping Bus Terminal and walk towards Po Lin Monastery. At Po Lin Monastery, follow the path on the left side of the old public toilet and follow the hostel sign for about 5 to 10 minutes to reach the hostel.

LLingchuanwangxianzhiExcellent location! Right outside Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station, and only a 200-meter walk to the Avenue of Stars, Tsim Sha Tsui Harbour, and Victoria Harbour. There are tons of great food options and convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Sasa nearby. The room was clean, well-ventilated, and comfortable, and the price is usually quite good too.

JJay FauxI arrived late like almost 12 midnight for a Hong Kong layover. The front desk is manned 24/7. The personnel in the front desk is kind, helpful and communicates well. I have a few questions, and he was responsive about it. I had a comfortable sleep during my short stay. The room was clean, and the toilet and bath in the room was also in good condition. There is one toilet and bath per room. The lobby / front desk is located on the 2nd floor and rooms are on the floors above. The common area has a lot of table and comfortable seating. Price is excellent for the value.

GGuest UserStayed at Joyce Inn for 3 nights during my HK100 race and it was a perfect base. Excellent location: 5-minute walk to the YMCA race-day shuttle, 2 minutes from Airport Bus A21, and 1 minute from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. Surrounded by convenient local shops and food options (tea houses, bakeries, coffee shops, noodles, 7-Eleven, Watsons). I booked a single room without a window; small as expected for a guesthouse, but just right for me, a 26” suitcase, and a backpack. Room was clean and comfortable with fluffy pillows, crisp sheets, quiet AC, TV, hairdryer, dressing table, and strong hot water (much appreciated during a cold wave). Staff were polite, helpful, and very attentive to cleanliness. Bonus: they can personally pick you up from the A21 bus stop on Nathan Road if you inform them upon arrival. Would definitely stay again.

GGirl vs globeThe overall environment felt safe and well maintained. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made the experience even better. The rooms were cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. While having a few more bathrooms would be nice, it’s understandable given that it’s shared accommodation. Overall, it’s a great place to stay and an excellent option if you want to save some extra money without compromising on comfort.

The place was as expected - sharing with lots of people - the pods were nice however the electricity was slightly off and every time you plugged something in the lights would flicker. Amazing location and the bathroom provided toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo ect and even makeup remover - however there were only hand towels provided not bath towels.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay, and this time I came with my family. The location is truly excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere. We walked to West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station in about 15 minutes. The cleanliness, as always, was impeccable. Our room was cleaned and towels were replaced on both nights of our stay. My family was particularly pleased to return from Disney and find the room so neatly tidied. As my mom commented, the duvet was really substantial, and the sheets were pristine white, showing the owner's attentiveness. Furthermore, the lady at the front desk provided excellent service, patiently communicating with my elderly parents. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hong Kong.

GGuest UserIt's okay, but it's a bit awkward when you come home late at night and the guard is sleeping by the roadside. There's no 24-hour front desk, but there is a guard sleeping by the side. If you're not too picky, it's fine. The room is small, just enough. The location is great, right outside the MTR station and bus station in the TST area. Free water and they even provide an adapter and a dipper.

GGuest Userhad an amazing stay at Four Seasons Hostel! The entire place was spotless—both the rooms and common areas were kept very clean throughout my stay. The location is perfect and made it super easy to get around and explore nearby attractions.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with recommendations or any questions we had. Amenities were great as well; everything worked properly and felt well maintained.
I stayed with friends, and we all agreed it was a comfortable, enjoyable experience. While I didn’t try much of the food, the shared kitchen area was clean and convenient for quick meals

BbandabacksI wasn't sure what to expect with this hotel, but it was amazing for the price. The building is older, but the rooms are new and clean. I think they're partitioned out of bigger apartments, 7 to an apartment. It was so convenient for traveling around the city, right by Mong Kok subway station, and a bus station right at the door of the building. If you have a hard time remembering where it is (I walked right past the second day), just look for the circle K sign. There's a really nice mall right behind it (Langham Place), and a cheap vegetarian place just a block away, called Come Try Veggies. I'd definitely stay here again. We went to the Kowloon Walled City Park and the Eagles Nest Nature Trail, and the Star Ferry, all less than half an hour away by bus.
